Vacation rentals with a patio in Albania

We (me and a friend) spent the last weekend of MAY 2025 in this lovely apartment. The place is very nice and it was also very clean. To sum it all up: Everything is like in the pictures from the advertisement and Lorik and Leart were very helpful. We highly recommend a stay in this flat while visiting Saranda.

I had a great week-long stay at Amarildo’s place. The location really couldn’t be any better in Vlore - right at the meeting point of the city center and the coast. Amazing views over the bay and the coastal boulevard from the private balcony. The apartment is modern and equipped with all the amenities you may need, even for longer stays. The host was always responsive, helpful and friendly. A parking spot is provided on a small private parking lot nearby, however it is a couple minute walk away from the apartment, and seems to be locked up during the night with no access. I ended up parking on the street closer to the apartment most of the time, which usually was not too difficult to find during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend. 🙂

We loved our stay in Sarandë and the apartment was clean, very well located with loads of nice restaurants and cafes around. The sunset from the balcony was amazing.

Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Dürres. Tomáš is a very good host, he responded quickly to questions and had an incredibly nice home. It was clean and cozy, nice bed. The terrace basks in the sun during the day and there is a nice view. Just a minute to the beach and restaurants. We'll be back here ☺️

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is nice and modern, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. It is especially beautiful when the sun sets over the city of Durrës, it is a sight. Street names and house numbers are not used everywhere in Albania, so the taxi driver who picked us up at the airport had to look twice at the GPS before he understood where we were going, but when we first arrived at the building it was very easy to get into the apartment. Taxis are also very affordable compared to what we are used to from home. Everything was clean and nice inside the apartment, so we felt well accommodated immediately. The apartment is practically on the beach and there are countless restaurants on the endless promenade that passes in front of the block, yet we did not experience any noise at night when we were sleeping. The beach is fine-grained and the water was lovely to swim in, a perfect place for those who want a lazy beach holiday. We would definitely recommend this place.

Daniel and Anna are really good hosts and communication was great, easy and fast! I can only highly recommend the appartment when staying in Sarande! Very clean, modern, very comfortable beds, nice views, quiet and easy parking in front of the house! We would come back again :)

Really enjoyed our stay. Place as described 4th floor flat so had a nice breeze. Very central reason why we took the place. Would definitely come back again.

Our stay at this apartment was an extremely pleasant experience! The place was clean, very thoughtfully arranged and equipped with everything we needed to spend a few quiet and cosy days. What made this stay all the more special was the exceptional hospitality of Teas and her friend. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us valuable recommendations of places we could visit, good restaurants as well as practical directions that helped us navigate the area more easily. We really appreciate their care and dedication- made our stay even more enjoyable. We very gladly recommend this apartment and would come back without hesitation!

Everything was perfect!!

Now i finally get what others meant when they said-pictures dont describe the views you get from this place. So true. This is a spacious house with incredible backdrop. I could just sit in one of the multiple balconies/patios and stare at the sea for days. Superb experience, it felt like one from the movies. Evening Drinks by the sea in your private place -loved it! The house is perfectly located, short walk from the ‘seaside broadwalk’. We went in May so the weather was nice and city was not crowded at all. Plenty of really good cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Huge parking space. living in a place so gorgeous for almost a week was sth else. Minor points, the house is not the newest of buildings in that area. Some of the doors, furnitures and the toilet hardwares have lived their lives (but should not materially affect your experience). We wish we had a little more supplies - paper towels, toilet rolls etc. But a supermarket was 4 mins away so didn’t really impact us.

Just one night at Flora and Hector's left a vivid impression in my memory! These amazing people can create an atmosphere in a few hours that others cannot replicate in a week. From the first minute, we felt sincere hospitality. Flora immediately treated us to drinks and dessert, and after that, Hector happily showed us around. In the evening, an incredibly delicious homemade dinner from their garden was waiting for us. Each spoon conveyed the care and warmth of the host's hands! Among other things, Hector and Flora are wonderful conversationalists. And even though we spoke different languages, we often understood each other without an interpreter. Their hospitality is so natural that by morning we felt not like guests, but like their relatives! And although our visit was short, the impressions remained the warmest. Cleanliness, comfortable bed, quiet village night and roosters in the morning - everything turned into a perfect picture of real Albania. We are incredibly grateful to them for a drop of home comfort in our journey!

The accommodation is in the middle of the old town of Berat. We were directly part of the family and were received in a super friendly way. We also got a great restaurant tip from the hostess for delicious Albanian dishes and at the end there was a raki on the house in the beautiful little courtyard!

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

We absolutely loved staying in Dea’s home in Himare. The house itself was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and amenities, and a lovely garden and upstairs balcony that we enjoyed. Dea’s mother, who lives next-door, was so gracious in leaving us a bottle of wine and garden treats (fresh strawberries, potatoes, oregano, etc.) throughout our stay. We appreciated that the location was close to Himare, but outside of the main center. We rented a car and found that this location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, hikes, and beaches. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again one day!

Overall it was a good stay! We felt comfortable Location was very good! Opposite is a supermarket and many restaurants! We also felt safe in the area and in the house! The only thing was that in one bathroom the toilet flush was defective, but there was a second bathroom! We would definitely go back if we were to travel to Durres.

We were group of 4 friends stayed at the apartment. Everything was exactly how it looks, very center location and easy to find. Megi was very responsive and friendly. I would visit again for sure!

Truly the best place I have been to in all of Dhermi. Jonida’s space is spotless, beautiful, and sizeable. Looks just like the photos! The driveway is a plus and makes getting to and from places easy. My family and I had a great time here. We felt peaceful and fully relaxed. Beautiful views and sunsets! Would 100% revisit again.

the items in the house were complete and of very high quality, the house is a big house, you have the option to rent an extra room and the family building is downstairs, the fish of the fishmonger are delicious and fresh, the market is across the house and the street is lively, there are cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Our host helped us with everything.

The view from the apartment was amazing. We were welcomed by a very friendly woman who kept our bagage before checkin. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Walkable distance from the old town in the castle.

Beautiful accommodation in Himarä. You really have everything you need there and within walking distance! We felt at home from the beginning, everything looked like the pictures. We highly recommend the place😊.
