Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Albania

Had a great stay, no complaints definitely recommend.

La casa de Monika es un lugar grande, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un tiempo desconectado de la ciudad . Nos gusto la limpieza, las plantas , la entrada , el espacio para guardar el auto y hasta el dulce que nos dejó Monika para recibirnos. Estamos muy agradecidos por recibirnos en su casa!

Nos encantó, fuimos mi pareja y yo y estuvimos estupendamente, todo funcionaba a la perfección, era como si estuviéramos en casa, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, la piscina un lujo, temperatura buenísima, el anfitrión súper atento y amable, muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a Albania sin duda repetiremos el alojamiento.

We hebben ontzettend genoten tijdens onze vakantie in Dobronik. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren ontzettend aardig en liefdevol en hielpen ons zeer goed. We kregen zelfs verse groente uit de tuin. Daarnaast was de accomodatie erg schoon en prima uitgerust. Het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is adembenemend. Ook de omgeving is prachtig.

Xhoni was really responsive and always answered our questions in a timely manner. The place was a bit tricky to find as the parking space is around the back and Google maps got confused with the roads. The roads to get there were a tight squeeze and busy, but once you're parked you have a good sized base for your stay. The wifi was good and we made use of the washing machine as well. Enough space for longer term rentals too if that's what you need.

I stayed at Natalia’s apartment for a month and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal—just a 15-minute walk to the city centre, yet very quiet and peaceful. It’s also surrounded by great restaurants and bars, which made exploring the local area super convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable long stay. Whether cooking at home or working remotely, everything was in place. Natalia was a wonderful host—very responsive to messages and always happy to offer helpful suggestions for places to visit. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future!

If you are looking to disconnect without having to go "off grid", this is your place! Xhuljanë's villas are just that, a place of peaceful surroundings like the daily sheep and goat walk that passes by each morning and evening. The beautiful cows that roam through the fields. Waking up to the rugged mountains just within reach as you sit in the well needed and very clean hot tub was perfect! Amazing hiking trails nearby and fantastic drive into Theth! They are building more of these villas, with slightly different design that will give you more space, but they are plentiful! Great 4 night stay!

My friends and I loved our stay here! The area and surrounding beach is beautiful and definitely has a resort feel. The place was very nice and well taken care of and the hosts were very responsive. Everything about staying here was easy. The only issue we had was with the jacuzzi, however the hosts were very responsive and accommodating in resolving this. Another thing to note is that the prices for food/ groceries is more expensive than other areas so best to do shopping further from the resort. Overall a great and relaxing stay though!

Great deal. Very close to beaches and restaurants. We parked our car and only needed it once to go to Blue Eye. Loved our time in Ksamil and will be back.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and stay. The pool was heated, had a jacuzzi massage feature and lights. The accommodation came with a golf cart that we were able to drive around the complex and to the beach with free parking right by the water. The pull out beds came with mattress toppers. There was free coffee and beach towels to use. I’d absolutely stay here again

Ronduit fantastisch! Wij zijn in Oktober 2024 met 7 personen, gezin en aanhang, geweest. Wat een prachtig huis op een unieke locatie. Je hebt vanaf de bovenverdieping een prachtig uitzicht. Je kunt Sarandë, de zee en zelfs Corfu zien. De inrichting van het huis is prima, buiten heb je een prachtig zwembad, met verlichting, een BBQ en zelfs een pizzaoven. Hout wordt voor jou geregeld door Toni en zijn familie. Sinas appelen, mandarijntjes en citroenen mochten wij zelf plukken. Als je naar beneden loopt zit er op 800 meter afstand een tweetal restaurants. Mulliri en Tamo’s Farm. Bij de eerste zijn wij twee keer wezen eten. Met z’n allen waren wij slechts €100 kwijt, maar hadden wij wel de hele menukaart op tafel staan en is er ook echt wel het nodige gedronken. Kortom een aanrader!

Amazing villa, spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed. Very good communications with the hosts. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming on arrival . Even brought us local made food that was absolutely delicious. We had a great time. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible property! We had the most amazing time here. Even more stunning than the photos in person. So beautiful and serene waking up to such amazing views over the lake and watching the paddleboarders and boats from above. Thank you! My only advice would be the walk back up is extremely steep so I’d advise renting a car or using North Taxi - fantastic local taxi service. 10/10 stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos und schnell – auch bei kleinen Reklamationen wurde prompt reagiert. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und die Bilder spiegeln die Realität gut wider. Es liegt jedoch recht abgelegen, sodass die Anreise ohne Auto nahezu unmöglich ist. Wer sich für diese Unterkunft entscheidet, sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Toilettenschüsseln im Haus waren leider nicht befestigt, was wir dem Gastgeber gemeldet haben. Wir hoffen, dass dies bald behoben wird. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Gastgeber – wir können den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen, wenn man mobil ist.

Would definitely rebook here when possible. This is a great location overall and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The villa was very nice, spacious and perfectly situated in the road to Ksamil. Front row seats to the beautiful Ionian sea and Corfu island. 5 stars!

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft und hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können den Aufenthalt definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich beeindruckend – modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber! Besonders der Whirlpool war ein Highlight: angenehm warm und perfekt zum Entspannen. In der Küche waren alle wichtigen Utensilien vorhanden, was das Kochen einfach machte. Es ist jedoch empfehlenswert, grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Öl und Küchenrolle selbst mitzubringen, da diese nicht vor Ort sind. Auch sollte man bedenken, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 45 Minuten entfernt liegen – daher besser vorab alles Nötige besorgen. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, absolut empfehlenswert!

It's a beautiful place to stay and enjoy nature and the surrounding views. We had some horses and cats visiting us, and kids loved it. We stayed in house 2. All was nice and we enjoyed our stay. It has all basic equipment to even cook a meal. However, the house does need a bit of maintenance as it is visible that some guest unfortunately didn't look after the place.
