The only thing to consider is that if you want to tour the center of Valencia, the trains from the north station of Valencia to Catarroja run until a certain time at night, so it is important to take this into account when returning to the accommodation.

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!

Álvaro is a good host, he was available in case I needed anything. The house is well located, you can walk about 15 or 20 minutes, both to the center and to the City of Arts and Sciences. There was a problem in the bathroom and since he couldn't fix it, he refunded me the amount of one day.
