Fantastic hosts. Jon was excellent in communication. We went during the cup final so bilbao was very busy. He told us train times and even took us too and from bilbao. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Javier's house is perfect for getting to know Haro and its surroundings... Just as described... He is always willing to help with everything and flexibility in arrival and departure... Thank you very much for everything.

Beautifully restored home full of character - attic room is truly show stopping - 360 degree views are incredible for sunny mornings watching the mountains and sunsets. Plenty of beautiful cozy furniture to snuggle up in. As it is a very old historic home, it comes with a few quirks which are small inconveniences if you’re looking for a memorable stay that is perfectly located in haro - the hot water needs to be reset almost every time you use it (but not a lot of trouble), and hallway between the primary bedroom and the apartment is very low. We were comfortable there with our 3 year old but might be tricky for someone traveling with a 1.5-2.5 year old managing a number of sets of stairs. Overall, would highly recommend the hosts and apartment if you are into historic character, seeking views and can manage stairs/low ceilings.

Rocio guided us, welcomed us with a smile and gave us useful directions for our little vacation. The apartment is in a very green area, enclosed and surrounded by gardens. A pleasant walk along tree-lined avenues and you're in the center. The car parking under the house and the two bathrooms are very appreciated. Thank you
