Vacation rentals with beach access in Alameda County

Lisa was great at communicating with me and answered all my questions. The location was peaceful and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. There was everything that I needed for a nice, relaxing weekend. The area was very close to restaurants and grocery stores, which was very convenient! Overall had I had a great stay and enjoyed the location. It’s a great place to be when visiting the Bay Area.

It’s been a wonderful week to stay at Gordon And Monica’s place with my families. Easy, comfortable, and private. Best experience ever!

Last week we stayed at Bruce and Chris' beautifully appointed home for the third time. The same comfortable, immaculate and cheerful accommodations awaited us. The studio was clean, cosy and warm (in December). The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. Carrie was always quick to respond and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay, and it was nice finding a place that was actually dog friendly, especially in Alameda. The neighborhood is great for walks. The unit adjoins the host’s house on one side and I think another rental below, but it is quite quiet and private. We happened to meet the hosts outside one afternoon, and they’re extremely nice. Also: - Easy parking. - The bathroom has a bidet, if you prefer that. - Very comfortable bed. - Netflix and maybe prime tv? A couple tiny things to be aware of: - the stairway up to the rental is a tad narrow (just mentioning for accessibility). - the kitchen circuit breaker kept tripping, so the fridge was iffy, but it might have been due to rain, and host said they’d look into repairing. All in all, a great rental! Would stay again and would definitely recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying at Lili’s place. She was so kind to let us check in early so my husband could work remotely. The place is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

pleasant decor, all the amenities you could need (Laundromat just next door), friendly neighbors, soft bed, shower has great pressure and all the hot water, even some tequila in the cupboard! 😅 Only thing I could complain about is it gets HOT in there on a hot day but just open the doors and hit the fans. Oh and such nice gardening, fragrant flowers everywhere. Thanks Kyle!

Nathan’s place was lovely and exactly as described - perhaps even better! The place was very clean, comfortable, and had thoughtful touches - extra blankets, pillows, workspaces, excellent character, without being cluttered. Ample closet and dresser storage for clothing, toiletries, etc. We felt right at home and there was more than enough space for our party of three. Bathrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We would highly recommend Nathan’s place and would definitely stay again.

This place is perfect in every way. I can’t wait to come back here with my family. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to grocery stores and Caltrain, and the host is amazing.

This is a tastefully updated classic craftsman style home. The home was immaculate and exactly as described. We appreciated the snacks provided by our host. The neighborhood is safe and lovely with Victorian or craftsmen homes throughout the area. We were really delighted to find that we had parking in the driveway. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Christine was very responsive and clearly communicated expectations. I suggest bringing warm slippers this is a no shoes place and the floors can be quite cold. We found great restaurants nearby and would definitely rebook this place.

This place was very comfortable and it worked very well for our needs. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is walkable with a lot of restaurants and it’s close to the beach. The garage is an added bonus that was great to have. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I booked this place for my mom and brother who were visiting the Bay Area for a week. The cottage is located behind the host’s house. It looked just like the photos, with clean bathroom (with hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), kitchen (with basic kitchenwares and full fridge), comfortable queen size bed, and living room with futon and a large TV. I noticed that the house is conveniently located near BART station, which made it easy for me to visit them even without a car. It’s right by I-80, 5 minutes walking distance 99 Ranch, and 15 minutes walking distance to the BART station. There are also lots of restaurants around the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

It was a unique Victorian house with plenty of off street parking. We had all needed such as kitchen appliances, dishes, washer / dryer, and other amenities. All beds were comfortable. Plenty of spacious area in bedrooms and dinning room. There are plenty of shops and stores nearby. Great access to walk on ferries for San Francisco. Highly recommend visit Alcatraz Island form Pier 33 in San Francisco, If we were to visit Alameda again, we would definitely at Jeff's place. Also Jeff is very responsive to the needs of his guest.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It is close to Lake Merritt and other local attractions. It’s on a quiet street with nice plantings.

Sonny was incredibly communicative and thoughtful throughout the entire reservation process. You can tell he really wants your group to have a great stay. We loved our time at his home and look forward to coming back.
