House vacation rentals in Alaior

Excellent stay. The extremely well located home is clean and tastefully decorated. As a bonus in April we had the sunset facing the sea.

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Just returned after 12 days at the Villa. Lovely location with great views of the sea. Lots of coves to swim from. The Villa was very well equipped with everything thing you could possibly need. We loved the different areas to sit throughout the day. Very good restaurant just down the road. We walked to nearby towns Cala Toret and Punta Prima. All in all a wonderful holiday.

We were delighted to find so many things included in the package. A well maintained pool, a super jacuzzi, everything you could ever need in the kitchen ( that we frequently used ) aircon in most rooms. Double glassing all over. The locality has a host of restaurants and bars within minutes as well as supermarkets with freshly baked bread. Yet the area of the villa is mainly quiet The beach is well reported on line and is brilliant. We highly recommend this villa.

Gabriele's accommodation is in a strategic location to visit all of Menorca in absolute autonomy. At the same time, if you want to relax, a three-minute walk away is the fantastic beach of Arenal Son Saura with a low coastline and ultra-clear sea. House equipped with all the amenities with three adjacent swimming pools. I highly recommend this accommodation. Special thanks to Gabriele who helped and supported us with any need.

We had a wonderful holiday in this fantastic house! The house is very well maintained, stylishly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. Especially the pool and the beautiful outdoor area made our vacation unforgettable. The location is quiet yet well connected, ideal for relaxation and excursions on the island. The hostess was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. Even before arrival, the communication was excellent – everything went smoothly. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back!

We were hosted very well by Séraphin upon arrival. He showed us the house and told us everything there was to discover in the area (beaches, restaurants, shops). The house is perfect and faithful to the photos in the listing. We really enjoyed the pool with our children and the little extra thing, the ping pong table located in the shade. We highly recommend this rental.

An amazing stay at this beautiful villa… the views don’t disappoint! We found it so peaceful and the pool was the perfect size and temperature for us to enjoy any time of day. The area is lovely and quiet, we were a little concerned when we booked about the airplane routes, but they pass so quickly and so infrequently they didn’t disturb us at all. It’s my tenth time to the island and definitely my favourite place to stay so far. We stayed with our toddler and baby, so the size was perfect - and we were all very happy. I’d definitely recommend and come back to stay again. Jorge was also very easy and lovely to deal with.

We were three adults looking for a quiet, relaxing stay away from crowds. S'Olivera is beautiful and has been thoughtfully renovated with multiple places, in and outdoors, to eat or sit and relax. Unfortunately, we experienced unusually rainy weather so weren't able to make the most of the lovely pool. S'Olivera is in a quiet, rural location but only 20 minutes by car or taxi from the airport and 5 minutes drive from Alaior. We enjoyed walking into Alaior to pick up fresh bread, fruit or any other groceries we needed. Both Ona and Susan were very helpful responding promptly to any requests.

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

Marc embodies what it means to be a Superhost, welcoming, proactive, and full of thoughtful suggestions that made our two-week stay (May–June 2025) truly special. His beautifully restored home in Alaior is spacious, super clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Though large for two, it was a joy to have so much space. Multiple bathrooms, a great kitchen, cozy seating areas, it’s all there. We loved the quiet charm of the patio and the upper garden terrace, perfect for a nightcap, reading, or a BBQ. Despite being in the lively heart of town, the house is peaceful and quiet, so we slept perfectly. Alaior is authentic and friendly, and you’ll get warm greetings as you walk through town. Plus, the best beaches are just 10–15 minutes away, and Mahón is close by too. Marc has truly created a special place, beautiful, comfortable, and run with genuine care. We’re already thinking of returning before year’s end. 10/10 would recommmend!

A lovely rustic, spacious and clean apartment right beside the sea. Amazing views, quiet village, away from the crowds with 2 good restaurants. Gloria, our host was always friendy and happy to help out if needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Sa Mesquida

Wow what can we say. Trish’s villa is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice. Definitely hire a car as access is as expected in the natural park. directions super clear and Trish was an amazing communicative host - beautiful beaches in es grau and we even had a massage with petra who came to the house on our last day. The villa has everyhing you need - it’s remote and private but everything within a 15/20 drive. Pool area stunning. We couldn’t fault it at all and will be back 100%! to explore everything we didn’t get to see. Thank you Trish for a super stay xx

Beautiful terrace, rooms and everything as described. We felt very comfortable and had a nice time.

A very easy house to live in for a family, even with small children. A very relaxing setting lulled by the lapping of the sea at the bottom of the property. Good communication with Robert which helped prepare the stay well. Off season, beware of the closure of many shops and restaurants on the coast. But we manage to adapt

Really great and clean villa. Pool towels, umbrellas for the beach, kitchen utensils, all the amenities you could need. Hosts were very friendly and we even could check in ahead of the scheduled time due to the villa being empty the day before. Great pool, great view. The only negative I could think of is out of their control: that the walk to and especially from the beach are more strenuous than we expected, as there is no direct way there.

Extraordinary Villa in perfect location right above the ocean with amazing views. Very tasteful furnishing…. An extraordinary location to stay and to be. Will come back again …

Casa Agnes was a cozy three-story home with everything I needed for a long weekend stay in Mahon -- the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped, and it was nice to be able to do laundry with the washer and dryer. The host was always quick to respond, and the house was a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and the main bus station!

Beautiful villa in the quiet area of Son Bou. Reachable on foot in 10 minutes, the center offers supermarket restaurants and various shops. Our stay was also great because of this wonderful place to stay. Spacious, elegant clean, finished in every detail with a pool for exclusive use. The area is very quiet and encourages you to take a walk along the coast. The kitchen is very complete and the cleanliness is perfect. Nice to have enjoyed it...

What an incredible holiday in a beautiful villa. Christoph and Irene's villa looks exactly as it does in the pictures and is the perfect location for a family escape. They were always communicative on AirBnB and were super friendly. We loved the pool in particular and dinner at Bambu Menorca which is only moments from the villa. We can't wait to return - thank you!
