Everything about this place was excellent. Mohamed was very hospitable, he made sure the entire check-in went extremely smoothly. He contacted me to make sure of any preferences or requests during my stay, and constantly followed up to make sure everything is going well. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Very good location, quick access to anywhere in Cairo. The apartment was clean and had a private gated entrance with cameras and lighting for the night time. Overall, everything was perfect!

The apartment is very clean and very comfortable and the sister Marwa was very nice and responsive, the apartment was identical to the picture and even more beautiful and God willing, the visit will be repeated in the coming times

My interactions with him were positive, and he was attentive to my needs. The security guards were also friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The compound is charming and lovely to stroll through at night, and I appreciated that everyone respected each other's space. I felt free to be myself while staying at Osama's place. Eman’s house was really peaceful and felt like i was home. Location is great in new cairo and 5 min walk to malls, point 90 mall was 10 min walk House was clean Eman was very responsive I would definitely come back to Eman’s house The house was warm as well during winter A nice home away from home

Great clean apartment, great location close to rehab market and the main road so easy to get around Cairo. Only caveat is that being close to the main road is that you can hear cars at night so not for light sleepers.

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Amal and Aly were amazing hosts, and their villa is a true gem—stylish, spacious, and spotless. Aly treated us like family from the moment we arrived, going out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

Wessam and his partners are the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb .. They were prompt at answering replies and if I needed something they made it available immediately. Check out is at 11 AM. I requested a very late check out and they accommodated with no hesitation The Village Compound is upscale quiet and safe just a few minutes walk to Point 90 mall , where are you at find banks, pharmacy, supermarket, cafés, restaurants, etc. inside the mall I would highly recommend renting from Wessam !!

This is our second time staying here. As before, we were very comfortable and very happy. The location is great, as it is a 2 minute walk to a new mall which has many great restaurants, and a place called Monkey Maze which is like a jungle gym for chilldren. We would recommend this place for those looking a simple, tidy and relaxing place in a great location.

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
