Recharge your batteries in this nice cabin with an undisturbed location. My husband, who is an architect, designed it. The cabin is a small gem with soul and character. The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. The accommodation is preferably rented to families or working people who need accommodation. Newly restored house Fiber with good capacity

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.
