The accommodation is located directly below the castle, but also close to shopping in the city, there are good restaurants nearby. The rooms are good as described and the tiny bathroom and toilet is in a confined space and always clean. The breakfast table in the garden is enchantingly delicious and richly set. The husband is a taxi driver and drives you to all the sights and waits on site if necessary at reasonable prices. So, we can highly recommend the accommodation.

This place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed with delicious Georgian breads and wine. They really took care of us: treating us on the most delicious food, warning us for upcoming snow in advance, they even paved the snow of the outdoor playground and gave us a sledge for the children. The location is amazing, beautifully surrounded by mountains and very peaceful. And the house was so cosy and clean - we immediately felt at home. Thank you so much! We hope to come back one day.🙏❤️

This is a wonderful, small hotel located in the quiet old part of Akhaltsikhe. The hotel has a clear view of Rabati castle and you can walk there in less than 10 minutes. My room was large, comfortable and perfectly clean--a great value for the price. Breakfast is not included, but Margarita prepares a large amount of delicious food for only 15 lari. Very much worth it! Additionally, all of the staff are kind and personable. They answered all the questions I had. I will certainly stay here if I return to Akhaltsikhe.

great apartment, can recommend in my opinion, the best location - great view and sound of the river and birds very nice communication with the owner clean and exactly what you can see on the photos I stayed here for a month and can say that this place suitable for long and short stay I would stay here again if I would come to Borjomi
