Located in Coyoacán, typical Mexican neighborhood surrounded by markets, museums and historical buildings, a few blocks from Museu Frida Khalo, this house was the first studio for the painter and muralist José Clemente Orozco, who designed and build it between 1921 and 1923. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and the main suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV and a terrace. It has a big and beautiful garden and a work space with its own terrace too. The garden is shared by 2 houses.

Transportation routes less than 10 minutes away: CU subway and light rail. We don't have private parking, guests park their car on the street in front of the building.

Nearby are the metro stations Copilco and Taxqueña. Also close by are Centro de Coyoacán, Zócalo, Xochimilco, Six Flags, zona de hospitales, CU/UNAM, Kidzania, shopping centers, markets, and parks. The apartment is located on the third floor, with no elevator.

In downtown Coyoacán, a better location is impossible. Quiet, captivating, spacious, surrounded by greenery. This beautiful and quiet house was where the Vuelta Magazine of the Nobel Prize for Literature Octavio Paz was in its last years. An old house that is over a century old.
