This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

Tout est parfait malgré un début entacher par l ancien voyageur qui avait oublié de laisser la carte de l ascenseur mais corrigé très rapidement avec une communication pro actif de l hôte Le cadre est magnifique l appartement moderne bien finie et haut de gamme tout comme la résidence et l hôtel urn tv supplémentaire dans la chambre apporterait plus de confort selon le point de vue de chacun La piscine et le bar au 77eme étage sont incroyables les restaurants sur les plages sont très bon supermarchés pharmacie ouvert 24/24 Dommage qu il n y ait une consigne sur la résidence mais une solution est envisageable à l hôtel moyennant finance

I had a fantastic 10-day stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better — just a few minutes from JBR and an easy 10-minute walk to Dubai Marina Mall, with a supermarket only 2 minutes away for anything I needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and really well equipped. I especially appreciated the little touches like washing liquid, cleaning products, tea, coffee, and other essentials — it made settling in so much easier without having to buy lots of supplies. Nergis was a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and very flexible throughout my stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Спасибо большое, Хулкар! Замечательное проживание, Хулкар - отличная хозяйка квартиры! Квартира на 4 человек (два взрослых и двое детей) - очень удобная. Море, пляж - такого я еще не видела. Очень мало людей, купались всегда одни. Иногда местные жители приходят, когда не так жарко. Но, это в любом случае огромная, преогромная территория пляжа для отдыха. Вкуснейшая, необычная еда: сырный пирог горячий, фалафель, интересные пакистанские и арабские блюда в местных кафе. Готовили для детей сами, взяли продукты, хотя все продукты можно было купить в отличном магазине Day to day, который посоветовала нам Хулкар! Всем русским, особенно семьям с детьми рекомендуем останавливаться у Хулкар! Спасибо, Хулкар Вам большое! Желаем Вашим деткам здоровья, семье - благополучия! Будьте здоровы и ждите нас ещё!

Anna was very responsive and helpful throughout, we arrived on a very early morning flight and Anna made checkin at 2am very easy. Apartment is very spacious and clean with amazing views.

Absolutely wonderful home and an even more amazing host! From the very beginning, the clear and thoughtful instructions made everything feel easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is stunning — beautifully designed, perfectly located and with great access to hotel amenities and nearby spots. Everything came together to make the stay effortlessly enjoyable. Например у нас было слабое давление в душе, мы сообщили хозяину и тут же пришел специалист поменял прокладку и все заработало хорошо. Нам очень понравилось, мы планируем остановиться тут еще раз, когда будем в Аджмане.

Our stay was wonderful at Naji’s AirBNB in the heart of the city. The views were fantastic 🏙️ and the accommodation was just what we needed. A place to relax and rejuvenate 😎🌱Conveniently located near so many restaurants too 🍴 Air conditioning was fabulous ❄️as it was pretty HOT outside 🥵. Thanks for sharing your great place with us 🙏

We had a fabulous stay at Polina apartment, it was home from home arriving very late at night, it would have been nice to have a welcome pack eg bottles of water milk. Thankfully we could get the essentials from 24 hour shop in communal area. I did not use cooker much, but when I did I could not get over head fan to work this made water come through ceiling fan in hallway . But overall fab stay and we would return thank you Louise Pete, Bev and Mya

Great stay at Adam's place in Dubai Marina. Location is perfect — easy access to everything the area offers. Having dedicated parking was a huge plus. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Thanks, Adam!

Just one word to describe the overall stay — Awesome! This was my first booking experience through Airbnb, and I had a lot of concerns initially, but every communication was clear and reassuring. As for the property — simply outstanding. Grand Bleau Tower-1 is a fantastic choice for a staycation. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the beach, pool, gym, and other amenities were top-notch. Really looking forward to another wonderful stay here!

Highly Recommend. The apartment was clean, fully furnished, and exactly as shown in the listing. Nice touch having a coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies, and a few days’ worth of bottled water was provided. Check-in was easy overall. There was a minor issue with the secure box code, but the host sorted it in five minutes. The location was great. Right on the beach with a sea view and a large balcony. Much quieter than facing the road. There was some daytime noise from refurbishment work in a nearby apartment, but that’s normal for Dubai and didn’t bother me much. No complaints at all. I’d definitely stay here again—it was perfect for what I needed.

Great host, apartment was very clean. We had an issue with the Aircon, but host was very responsive and got it resolved quickly. Helpful and friendly, highly recommend Rim!

First of all, Komal was an amazing host, always engagedand trustworthy. He was responding very quickly and always tried his best to find solution. The apartment was very beautiful and convenient; the view was stunning 😍 We had some troubles with hot water, Komal has fixed it very quickly but it still wasn’t hot enough just enough warm for a quick shower. The swimming pool was very clean and easily accessible, the security was always available and it wasn’t crowded at all. To sum up we felt very comfortable and welcomed during our stay and will come back in the future

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet Airbnb ! L'emplacement était parfait, avec un accès facile proche plage, restaurant , Market au pied de l’immeuble, coiffeur etc... L'appartement était propre, bien équipé au goût du jour et offrait une vue magnifique. L'hôte était très réactif et serviable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour inoubliable à Dubaï ! Nous reviendrons.
