Its geographical location in the triangle connecting Soissons Laon and Reims, cities steeped in history also close to Paris, offers the opportunity to discover the local architectural and historical (castles, religious buildings, Chemin des Dames), gastronomic (Champagne Route) and sporting riches.

The Little Landlord

The apartment is located in the city center of Braine, in a quiet and secure residence. Braine is a pleasant town with shops (bakery, delicatessen, restaurant, supermarket...) and also with the Abbey of Saint Yved, the Château de la Folie and the half-timbered house of the 15th century. Ideally located on the Soissons-Reims axis, 1.5 hours from Paris, you can visit the Chemin des Dames and its surroundings steeped in history, the Champagne vineyard, the cathedrals (Soissons, Laon, Reims).

The outdoor wellness area with a Nordic bath promises you absolute relaxation!!

We welcome you to our house located in a village with all amenities, a short walk from the Chemin des Dames, 20 minutes from Soissons and 40 minutes from Reims. The house, adjoining ours, has completely independent access and all the comforts for 6 people, not to mention its large private garden!
