We had an awesome stay! Even with rainy weather, the place was set up for fun and relaxation! Can’t wait to come back!

Quiet and clean. The big dining room table is perfect for doing puzzles or other projects. The deck is a great spot to watch sunsets or look at the stars on a clear night. Savanna Portage state park is nearby with some lovely hiking trails.

I love this spot! This was our second time staying here and we’re already planning to come back. It is such a beautiful place and view! Plenty of room for a large group or family. Very comfortable with lots of amenities. Eric is a great host, very friendly and helpful!

Awesome house, on awesome property. Amy was very responsive and very easy to communicate with highly recommend! Cleanliness of the house was exceptional. Hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus too. Everything worked great!

We had a great weekend at Michaela’s Cabin. The property was beautiful and so peaceful. We caught tons of fish right from the dock, including our daughter’s very first fish, and enjoyed the patios and screen porch in the afternoons. Great restaurants nearby and lots of fun things to do in the area. A hidden gem for sure!

We loved staying at Betty’s! Our group of friends enjoyed the secluded area to relax… and cold plunge in the lake! :) The sauna was a great amenity, too!

Very responsive to questions. Friendly host. Equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. Comfy and clean. Loved the deck!

We spent the weekend at the Honey Hole for a guys’ fishing trip, and it was perfect. The house and location were phenomenal—right on the lake, so you only have to step onto the deck to enjoy that true “on the lake” feeling. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We had a fantastic weekend—and it didn’t hurt that the fish were biting!

I had a great stay. I went solo and felt like it was enough room. I loved the back yard and the view of the lake. Our host was very responsive with any questions I had. But I would mention that the window in the bathroom does not have anything from keeping someone to look in. But besides that, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

peaceful, kid friendly freat place to disconnect from the city life. had everything we needed to have family bond and the hosts are quick to response will be back again.

This is the second year we have stayed here. We love the private dead end and amenities. Fishing was great too. Janet and Jeff are great hosts.

We had a wonderful time and the cabin and lake were perfect. The owner took us on a quick private boat tour to let us know the good fishing spots prior to renting the boat. On site firewood for the fire pit and several restaurants and convenience stores close by. The owners are so friendly and onsite for any questions. Can’t wait to go back in the fall to see all the beautiful colors!

We had a great stay! The cabin was perfect. Cute, clean and comfortable. Just enough space from the neighbors and beautiful views. Plenty of paper products and basic necessities to fill in the gaps to make out stay perfect. Jamie was always responsive, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to bring the kids back with us next time!

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin! The views are absolutely breathtaking—photos truly don’t do them justice. Our family of six stayed in the cabin while close friends stayed in one of the RV spots, and both groups couldn’t have been happier. Tama and Steve have done an incredible job stocking the cabin with everything you could possibly need and more—it felt like a home away from home. There was never a dull moment—our kids were happily entertained the entire time, which says a lot! With so much to do and such a beautiful lakeside setting, we can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I stayed with 5 people for a long weekend, it was a perfect get away. Proximity to public boat landing was ideal, shoreline was sandy and level. Great outdoor areas, nice private fire pit area and comfortable home.

The kayaks were a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing time here. I came to get away for a week, and work on some art projects. This place was absolutely perfect for that. It's just secluded enough to feel private, but it's on a loop of four total cabins, so it felt safe, too. The woods were very peaceful, the trails are very well kept. Mille Lacs is an easy 20min drive away. The owners leave a "check-in/out" list in the cabin, as well as general info of the area and some numbers to call or text if you need help (and they're super responsive!). Wifi was great too. The cabin itself was comfortable and well stocked, and had very cute decorations. I was a little worried about the size (I'm 6') but the loft was plenty big. The only thing I had trouble with was the small shower, but if you're able-bodied and able to bend, it works out just fine. (Maybe not for older folks though!) All in all, a fantastic and restful stay, and I definitely plan to return! 10/10 would recommend :)

This cabin is a little slice of heaven. It's nicely updated but still has that cabin charm. Plenty of space to relax for an entire family. Or a cozy getaway for two.

These are some of the best hosts we’ve ever had ! They were very responsive & helpful, and there was lots to do! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone & everyone!
