Beautiful apartment on the 5th and top floor. Only with elevator access. Residence with caretakers, daily maintenance, secure open parking, local shops (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, etc.). 10 minutes from the beach and Agadir city center. Very bright, 2 wrap-around terraces with outdoor lounge, table and barbecue. Ideal for families and friends! The apartment is fully equipped, typical Moroccan decoration (tadelakt). WiFi, TV French and international channels, satellite channel and toys.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

Very nice Villa with private pool without neighbors. The villa is located in a new residence 10 minutes from downtown Agadir and the beaches. Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids, McDonald's, etc. (5 min by car) and many other shops. Very quiet and secure family residence, well maintained I'm available for any additional information and wish you a pleasant stay in Agadir.
