【予約・空室について】 　別館はなれ(定員9)は原則リクエスト予約です。空室状況を直接お問い合わせ下さい。 【施設について】 　古民家をモダンに2018年改装。ゲストハウスの本館(定員16）と外縁でつながっています。和スタジオ(18畳）に布団を9組敷けます。ピアノ室、洗面台、トイレ、浴室付の一棟を使えます。夕食は中庭のグリルテラス(有料）でのBBQがお勧めです。 【シェアハウス感覚で大人数グループ宿泊】 　本館と別館はなれの2棟を予約すれば、最大25名まで泊まれます。各種合宿にも最適。昼間には会議室としてもご利用できます。 【単独での貸切利用も可能】 　本館に空室がない場合、別館はなれを単独で貸切利用できます。1人なら完全個室、グループなら雑魚寝もまた良し。カフェのスペースとキッチン(有料)も空いていれば利用できます。 【宿泊料金の補足説明】 　乳幼児が添い寝の場合は宿泊人数には加えませんが、幼児(1歳以上)は1人当たり1,000円の施設利用料(現地精算)をいただきます。 【お願いごと】 　ピアノ室は使用時があること、イベント開催日にはチェックインが17時以降になることもあります。

This room has king size bed, it will be more comfortable so that up to 2 adults or 2 adults+3 small children can stay comfortably. It's also a fun experience to try making Japanese food using local ingredients. For shopping around Hamamatsu Station, we rent electric bicycles or bicycles that are convenient for city riding. It's nice to enjoy cycling to Lake Hamana, which is a little far away.
