The ideal apartment for those seeking peace, hikers, nature lovers or craftsmen/fitters who are working in the Ahr valley for some time. Cozy apartment with separate entrance in the basement with living room, kitchen, bedroom, terrace and private bathroom/toilet. Other things to note The double bed in the bedroom is 1.80 × 2.00 m, and the sofa bed in the living room is 1.40 × 2.00 m.

After events at the Nürburgring, you will find peace and relaxation here. A large garden with a fire bowl invites you to linger. For cold days there is a large fireplace in the living area.
