Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Welcome back! Fortunately, our apartment was spared from the flood disaster. We have spent the last few weeks with numerous helpers to renew the building services. We are looking forward to having you back. Of course, a lot has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still a lot to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature vacation. Note: In addition, the tourist tax (€2.00 per night/per person) must be paid.

Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.
