we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

The location was great, the house was spotless and the communication with the host was extremely easy and quick. The pool was constantly warm and ready to use which made our stay much more comfortable. We couldn't see it in the photos, but the fire boiler in the garden allowed us to have a more enjoyable time in the evenings. Thank you again Ms. Ümit for her hospitality and attention.

It was a bungalow with a wonderful view and clean, in touch with nature. Since there was no other house nearby, we had a very peaceful 3 days with the sounds of birds. There were all kinds of utensils in the kitchen and throughout the house. The pool and its surroundings are very nicely arranged, although it was rainy when we went, we spent the day in the hot pool in the morning and evening. Mrs. Gülseren communicated with us very kindly at every stage. He also gave us suggestions about the butcher, grocery store, bakery, etc. in the area. We had no trouble checking out at the entrance. We want to go again as soon as possible.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

Easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty lot either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not so empty that it makes you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. The pool can be easily accessed by those who are sensitive about this. The decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from the other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Mr Haluk was super friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapanca

It was a small but very pleasant house! The heated pool offered a very sweet experience, especially in the evening. We had a really peaceful time with a barbecue corner in the garden, sitting by the fire and tables. The porch and decoration details complemented the warm atmosphere of the house. She was also very attentive to cleanliness. There was also a sweet dog outside, it was an extra source of happiness for us:) I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in touch with nature! We forgot our stuff in the back, but thanks to the host Murat, he will send it to us by cargo. Thank you again:)

The bungalow we stayed in for 2 nights and 3 days was really as beautiful and very comfortable as in the photos, Mr. Yunus was with us whenever we needed him, he was very helpful in everything, the bungalow was clean and very comfortable. In terms of location, it was both central enough to meet our needs very comfortably, and it was in a lush green location. The pool was very warm and clean, there was no problem with the jacuzzi. In other words, we had a wonderful 3-day holiday, highly recommended.

Our experience on staying at the Villa was amazing, from the warm welcome by Yahya and Eissa to the smooth Checkout at the end. This was our first time, and definitely not the last.

We we’re husband and wife with 4 kids the place suits us perfectly. Emin was a great person, Nothing creepy town is peaceful, The Vila garden was from heaven, The view of the location to the leake and the city,, day and night marvellous view. Worth the money and planning to come agin inshallah

Although I was nervous at first, I would like to thank both good people who contacted me, who were much better than many places you would go and answered all the questions without you asking, and even made a nice list for you to visit.

First of all, I'm an Airbnb user for the first time and I was a little hesitant at first, but everything went very well. There was Mr. Murat, who was at our service 24/7; he helped if we needed or had a problem at home. The house is really like the pictures but it just needs some maintenance in the garden. The grass was prolonged and there were a lot of cobwebs, both in the tent and in the house. Unfortunately, the guests who came before us damaged the house; the air conditioners were working, but they broke their controls, so it was a problem to turn it on and off. Overall, the holiday was very nice and it will definitely be a repeat holiday. Thank you very much for everything

The interior of the house envied us much from the location of the house, everything but everything was considered , the kitchen supplies were incredible, there were more than everything, the size and warmth of the pool were very good, 7 women were very comfortable, a place where we could come back, thank you Mr. Oğuzhan for everything

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. We had trouble responding with our German mobile phones Mirella through Airbnb. It then worked via email. The house was easy to find, all the information about check-in and the apartment was accurate. The apartment is bright and tastefully decorated and included kitchen and bathroom absolutely clean. The location is central but quiet, restaurants, shops and bakeries are close. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.
