Pet friendly. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen. Sunny and shaded terraces and large fly- screened inner courtyard. Bird watchers, walkers, or just countryside lovers love being here! Ping pong, gym machines , telescope, wifi, games. 8 mins to local bars, and autoroute, 25 mins to beach, 15 to town.

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The air conditioning is reversible to enjoy winter and summer. The rooftop terrace offers unobstructed sea and mountain views. The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach and has access to 4 swimming pools in less than 2 minutes. A children's playground nearby as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as a summer kitchen on the roof with a barbecue. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment located by the sea in the coastal city of Águilas. It has two bedrooms, one with two separate beds and the other with a 1.50 cm bed. Separate kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. It has a washing machine and a large balcony overlooking the ocean for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by removing its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. It also has ceiling fans.

Located in a private complex (Beach & resort Playa Macenas) that has everything you need for a quiet holiday by the sea, with direct access to Playa Macenas and close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.
