Our 103m² villa is located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. Here you can enjoy its crystal-clear lake, spacious sports and leisure areas, and peaceful gardens that are ideal for strolling, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a delicious meal. It is just 4 kilometers from the sea and the coastal area of Los Alcázares.

Luxury Penthouse Madreselva 62-29

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Residential apartment

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The air conditioning is reversible to enjoy winter and summer. The rooftop terrace offers unobstructed sea and mountain views. The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach and has access to 4 swimming pools in less than 2 minutes. A children's playground nearby as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as a summer kitchen on the roof with a barbecue. The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

The sofa can be used for sleeping by removing its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. It also has ceiling fans.

Located in a private complex (Beach & resort Playa Macenas) that has everything you need for a quiet holiday by the sea, with direct access to Playa Macenas and close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. The complex has two swimming pools and one of them is located next to the main terrace of my accommodation (ideal for families with children). Wifi, private garage, and 24-hour security.
