Beautiful newly renovated apartment located by the sea in the coastal city of Águilas. It has two bedrooms, one with two separate beds and the other with a 1.50 cm bed. Separate kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. It has a washing machine and a large balcony overlooking the ocean for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by removing its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. It also has ceiling fans.

Located in a private complex (Beach & resort Playa Macenas) that has everything you need for a quiet holiday by the sea, with direct access to Playa Macenas and close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.

Can you imagine waking up every morning with ocean views? In the El Mirador Penthouse it is possible. This fabulous apartment is in the private Al Andalus Thalassa residential complex in Vera Playa and has two outdoor pools, a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna, a Turkish bath, two paddle tennis courts, a tennis court, and large gardens for walking in which you will find fountains, benches, several playgrounds, and even a waterfall.

The best thing about this apartment is the 180-degree ocean view from the apartment. You can have breakfast overlooking the ocean and you can hear the waves while you sleep. Cozy and comfortable with everything you might need for a luxury vacation. Thanks to our Wi-Fi, you can telecommute while overlooking the ocean. We have recently installed electric awnings, if you leave the house and the wind rises, it will automatically retract.
