Cozy, comfortable and well-lit apartment, designed for those seeking tranquility and rest in Águas de São Pedro. It has an air-conditioned bedroom and queen-size bed, a comfortable living room with TV and access to Netflix, a mini-equipped kitchen and a pleasant balcony with a garden in front. The condominium offers a swimming pool, sauna, TV/game room, fitness space and laundry. Excellent location, with easy access to shops, restaurants and city attractions. We're 10 minutes from the Thermas water park.

The backyard features a clear blue swimming pool surrounded by stone tiles. Sun loungers are placed under a large umbrella, and a hammock hangs nearby. Lush greenery lines the perimeter, enhancing the outdoor space's tranquility.
