beautiful house, extremely quiet place, perfect for relaxing and resting. Very safe condominium with a restaurant. I have a pet and it is extremely safe because everything is walled and there is no way for them to escape, there is a nice lawn for the pet to run around a lot.

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is extremely equipped with everything (and even more) that you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, since it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked them several questions in the group they created, and they answered promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

Excellent house. Spacious, well-equipped and nice decoration. A small difficulty with heating the showers, but nothing serious. Everything is clean, well organized. Safe place. And the view...sensational! The family enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Apartment with a great location, everything is new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are too soft, but I know you can't please everyone. I don't recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decor. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll be back for sure.

My second home! It's definitely the place I'll stay until the end of my master's degree. The apartment is excellent, complete! It is spacious, airy, comfortable. The condominium is wonderful, safe and very close to everything I need. Maria is a sweetheart! Very attentive.

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very nicely decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I'll definitely stay again!!

I loved the stay! Marco was very nice, available and helped with everything I needed! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and in a great location!! Whenever I need to come to Campinas, I will stay in this apartment! I recommend it to everyone!
