Thaís was an excellent hostess gave us good tips and recommendations. The apartment was spotless in clean and was beautiful! It is in the center of Serra Negra, near the Trevi Fontana. The stay was great.

Great apartment, very well located for those who want to walk to the city center. The apartment is very well furnished, clean, with clean and smelling bed and bath linens, capable of making anyone feel at home. My stay was lovely and quiet, the apartment is exactly as in the photos, spacious, cozy, clean, no odors, it is very well located, the garage is a little tight for those who have larger cars, but nothing that parking calmly does not solve. Welber is a nice guy! My husband and I love him. And he's an excellent hairdresser, I took advantage of the tour and I'm back with a new look.

THE STAY FULLY MATCHED WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, ACCESS ETC....EVERYTHING GREAT.... ONLY THE PARKING IS A LITTLE CROWDED, BUT JUST BE PATIENT AND ASK TO TAKE THE CAR OUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED...THE PARKING ATTENDANT WAS VERY HELPFUL.

I really liked the space , the room was cozy and clean and the location very good The only problem is that the pool that should be heated as well as jacuzzi and ofurô the water was not hot and at no time was it informing the staff that it was having trouble in this pool

Excellent accommodation, good location, easy access, apartment 708 has a very good L-shaped balcony, with a beautiful free view of the hill and city, good cleaning and tidiness, huge TV and 2 air conditioners, in short, it's really worth it! However, it is good to pay attention to the indoor pool because it is not working, it is under general renovation and I was warned 3 days before I stayed, it is worth calling the flat before, and although they warn that the outdoor pool is heated, it is not warm, it is always cold even with the heater. I missed a water filter in the apartment, there isn't one. Even so, I'll come back when they reactivate the indoor pool.
