The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs, bathroom, queen bed and a sofa bed where easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Air conditioning, air purifier & electricity generator. It’s a great value. No smoking, no pets & has parking spot.

The house is located in a very quiet place in a rural area which is , 15 minutes from Palmas del Mar, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from the Cocal Beach. The house has an overlooking view of the beautiful Yabucoa Valley and close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others. Really good location. Near malls, highways, beaches and restaurants. Private entrance, parking space and WiFi. Space is for one or two people. A calm neighborhood with safety cameras. Apartment have two burner stove, mini fridge, AC, TV, Netflix, extintor, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooler, beach bag, Floatings, Snorkel gears and more! Breakfast (optional). We provided you an Inflatable Paddleboard with two life jackets. (Request the Paddleboard)
