You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Guest House: My space is at the top of the property, with access by ramp or stairs (with 38 steps), close to Baixa d'Areia beach, Caloura port with a natural swimming pool, where you can bathe in the summer, a supervised area with a lifeguard, Bar da Caloura where you can enjoy good fish meals, there is also a Cultural Center in Caloura. You'll love my place because of the superb view of the sea, its location in the center of the island, and the gardens in the outdoor area.

Recovered house (old winery), integrated into a 5,000 m2 farm, with a wide variety of citrus and other crops. Great garden, overlooking the sea and the mountains. It has a very spacious social area, ideal for families and groups of friends, where there is a pool table. Very close to several beaches and the center of Vila Franca do Campo. There are several trails starting near the house. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, with easy access to Ponta Delgada.

For added comfort during your stay, the accommodation features air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.

Having the sea as a backdrop, this apart. is 700 metres from Lagoa city centre and 13 km from the João Paulo II Airport. It consists of 2 double bed rooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a living room with a panoramic view of the ocean. This space was designed to provide moments of pure relaxation, offering a SPA and a solarium designed over the sea.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
