We loved Eduardo’s place, it was exactly what we were looking for. Great walks straight from the door into an amazing valley. Great views from the porch and so peaceful . We felt immediately at home and comfortable. Tania was very lovely and helpful. Thanks !!

Una estancia muy agradable, la ubicación es genial, pudimos llegar al pueblo de Mojacar dando un paseo, mucho espacio común para disfrutar de la piscina y de la barbacoa : )

Damian was always efficient and responsive to my messages from beginning to end. Upon arriving he warmly greeted us and personally took us to our room which was beautifully designed, very spacious, very well kept and clean with some lovely creative touches. The bed was so comfortable and had lovely views. The pool area and the landscaped gardens were very attractive. Damian also recommended a fantastic local restaurant which opened late. The villa was great for a large family. Beautiful views and lots of areas to sit and relax. Check in was very easy and communication was great and very responsive.

Ha sido un placer alojarnos en la casa, de hecho volveremos porque hemos quedado muy contentos de haber pasado nuestras vacaciones allí. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes de nosotros para todo, muchas gracias por todo!!!

Une semaine parfaite …. Une belle maison moderne avec tout le nécessaire, petit bémol: pas d'éponge pas de serviette vaisselle… Tout est parfait la cuisine complète four, micro ondes, taque, hôte, lave vaisselle, frigo, … Le salon impeccable juste ce qu’il faut la télé en français ( comme précisé dans nos échanges ) Les chambres assez spacieuses avec chacune leur dressing et salle de bain complète En entrant une magnifique vue sur la piscine privée, le golf et les montagnes au loin Une cuisine extérieure pour les barbecues, l’idéal pour garder une maison propre GROS Plus : très propre, pas de poussières, le linge de maison est parfait et sens bon Merci pour cette location géniale J’y reviens en septembre et je l’ai déjà recommandée 👏👏👏

Wij waren in december bijna twee weken in Casa Estrella, waarvan een deel van de tijd samen met een bevriend stel. Het huis is daarvoor, door de twee badkamers, ook heel geschikt. Je bent samen en je hebt toch privacy. Het huis ligt prachtig tegen de berg aan, je kunt in de winter tussen half elf en half vijf genieten van de zon én van de steenbokken op de rotsen rond het huis. Binnen is het - in tegenstelling tot sommige andere huizen in Spanje - heel comfortabel door de centrale verwarming en ‘s avonds kan de gezellige open haard aan (maar voor de warmte is dat niet nodig). Als je van wandelen houdt, moet je een beetje avontuurlijk aangelegd zijn: er is geen wandelkaart van dit gebied, de apps zijn niet volledig, en je moet geen hoogtevrees hebben. De omgeving is ontzettend mooi en wie handig is met Maps en wat kan combineren, kan prima wandelen. Melanie communiceert snel en adequaat. We raden deze casa aan!

Pasamos una Semana en este alojamiento y la disfrutamos muchísimo. La zona del jardín y la piscina estupenda, Fernando estuvo muy atento para que la piscina estuviera en buenas condiciones. La casa bien aunque algo antigua y necesitaría algun pequeño arreglo que comunicamos a los dueños y dijeron que solventarían. Un placer haber estado alojados allí, tanto los niños como los adultos lo disfrutamos muchísimos. Gracias!

Si queréis paz, tranquilidad, intimidad., buena ubicación. La casa de Marta es la ideal. En una ubicación incomparable como es Las Negras por no decir una de las mejores del parqué y cerca de los mejores parajes para visitar. La casa está muy cuidada en cuanto a menaje, decoración,..todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones increíbles. Felicidades a su anfitriona por cuidar así a sus huéspedes.

Celia fue encantadora y estuvo super pendiente de todo durante toda nuestra estancia. La casa era perfecta para tanta gente, muy bonita y la cocina muy preparada para cocinar todo lo que quisieras. El jardin y porche era perfecto para pasar el dia y las camas muy comodas. Nos dejaron cuna y trona para el bebe. Muy recomendable!!!

Hemos estado muy bien, la casa tiene instalaciones para pasarlo bien sin salir de allí si uno no quiere.

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Samarkanda. Estés donde estés tienes unas vistas espectaculares y la piscina es lo que más hemos disfrutado. Celia y Juanje nos dieron una bienvenida sorprendente y muy agradable. Sin duda repetiremos!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Jims Villa mit der ganzen Familie (8 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder). Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten – modern, sehr sauber und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein echtes Highlight war der wunderschöne Pool mit bequemen Liegestühlen – ideal zum Entspannen, Sonnenbaden oder für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Der sehr gepflegte Aussenbereich hat unseren Aufenthalt noch perfekter gemacht. Der Strand ist bequem in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin Marina – sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Die Villa ist perfekt für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet. Ein Zimmer hat ein Hochbett, das eher für Kinder gedacht ist – das sollte man bei der Planung beachten. Wir können diese Villa absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Una casa preciosa con una ubicación estupenda en Las Negras. Si quieres disfrutar de esta zona la recomiendo 100%

A destacar muchos aspectos; - Recibimiento por parte de los anfitriones. ¡Excelente! - Espectacular visión del mar, naturaleza y enclave (Cabo de Gata-Nijar) - En cuanto al alojamiento decir que; ¡Insuperable! ( Inmueble: limpio, cómodo, ubicación..., todo tipo de enseres, detalles... que garantizan una estancia agradable y placentera)

Took our children, with our grandchildren their first holiday abroad, they absolutely loved the villa pool and surroundings we were all together but all had our own space in the villa.great outside space and kitchen we we spent all our time outside apart from sleeping

Great place for the week that I was in the area. Close to the shops and nice quiet area.

Terrific Hosts Place was all ready for when we arrived. Beautifull villa and very nice peacefull location. To be honest we could not fault either the villa or the hosts. We were left to spend the time as we wanted without any issues at all. If you are looking for the ideal place to relax and unwind this is definately the place for you. Thank you for having us. La atención de la anfitriona y su equipo fue inmejorable. Nos acompañaron hasta la casa a nuestra llegada y nos explicaron. La casa estaba impecable y venían asiduamente al mantenimiento de la piscina. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Fueron muy flexibles a la hora de abandonar la casa y nos facilitó muchísimo la recogida ya que viajamos con un bebé de 5 meses. Una experiencia para repetir.

Great location. Beautiful house and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless, but the walk up the steep hill, colloquially named as Cardiac hill, was crazy. Thankfully we hired a car after three days, just to avoid the trek. Otherwise, a wonderfully enjoyable trip. Top marks and thanks to Angel. Would highly recommend this stunning house to any potential holiday makers. 👍🏻

Alojamiento perfecto para pasar unos días de desconexiòn en Almería, la anfitriona super simpática estuvo a nuestra disposiciòn en todo momento, recomendable 100%

The villa, grounds and pool are perfect, they are located right at the top of La Parata mountain urbanisation so you 100% need a car - there’s no public transport & it’s too much of a mountain walk to & from Mojacar playa. It’s beautifully peaceful & private, fabulous views, lots of areas to sit in or out of the sun, very well equipped & tastefully designed. Communication with the owner is a little slow but we always got there in the end! Very recommended for an ‘away from it all’ break but to access any local amenities, shops bars etc you MUST have a car & be ok with a bit of winding mountain road driving (it’s all very safe though)

Merci beaucoup à : * Mireille qui a été au petit soin avec nous malgré la distance. * Liliane qui a été très réactive et d'une efficacité sur le moindre détail. * José qui entretient la piscine (2 fois par semaine quand même). * Sans oublier Magali et Tony 😉👌. Je recommande sincèrement cette maison...C'est vraiment difficile de faire mieux ! A très bientôt...
