Vacation rentals with beach access in Agios Tychon

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Quiet sea access where we were mostly alone, well-equipped kitchen (also with things like peeler and sharp knife, which are otherwise very rarely available), fly screen in front of 2 sliding doors so that you could sleep with the window open, everything super clean and Efi answered every question very quickly and kindly

Maria is a wonderful owner. Service at the highest level. If you are looking for an apartment by the sea and in the very center and you want to feel at home, I recommend the apartment with all my heart. At check-in, a nice surprise was waiting for us in the form of welcome gifts. It really was great. I will definitely come back here

Vasso was an amazing host, from good communication, extra set of keys, to helping with taxi to get us to wedding. Really quick response to every email. Apartment is beautiful, better than pictures! Loved the balcony area. Beds really comfortable and there was nothing else we needed. Location excellent, short walk or drive to beach, quick drive to A1 if you want to explore rest of island, local bakery for breakfast. Would highly recommend.

This place was incredibly easy to find, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that truly values nature and animals. The area is safe, clean, and filled with kind, well-educated Russian Cypriots, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself is cozy and instantly puts you in relax mode. From the balcony, the trees gently block out city lights, letting us enjoy the moon and stars all night long :) especially magical in April. Our dog was right there with us, feeling just as happy and at home. Such a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended :)

We had a fantastic stay! I honestly think the photos don’t do it justice! In person it’s so much more beautiful! You have everything you need and the view is to die for, especially the sunsets and sunrise! I really really appreciate her flexible check in schedule! We had an issue with a previous booking where we had to leave immediately and we had to find another accommodation in the evening, and she was able to fix it so we can come there! I couldn’t thank you enough for that!! Overall it was an amazing stay, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

beautiful Villa and in very peaceful location. easy access to motorways and equidistant between Paphos and Limassol meaning great location to explore both areas. Elena was very responsive and the Villa was as described, perfect for 4-6 people, spacious and the pool was lovely and well maintained. would definitely visit again and try to book this Villa.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Very nice property in a peaceful spot overlooking the Mediterranean. Would go back there.

Our family of four with two daughters (nine and seven) had a lovely stay in Charoula's house just outside Zygi. The house was exactly as described and we loved the pool and garden area. Despite being in a group of houses, it felt very secluded by the pool. There was a great balance of sun and shade in the garden, which was important as we had a few hot days in our week. The house was well-equipped: we barbecued a lot - and there was everything we needed for that - and the children appreciated the inflatables for the pool! The location for us was great. We could walk to a beach bar on the way to Zygi, or take a very short drive into Zygi itself, which had lovely tavernas, a small supermarket, and a beach. We were also planning trips to visit family in Nicosia, which was a very easy drive (around 45 minutes, but quick to get to the A1). We also visited a local beach bar called Akakia, which we particularly enjoyed. Charoula was a helpful and very responsive host. Thank you!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

This is absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay close to the beach. This place offers all the peace and quiet that a busy city can offer. All that while it is only 500 meters walk, and you are in the Mediterranean Sea!! There are 2 large supermarkets within 1 to 2 kilometers walk, and there are plenty of cozy pubs to get through many evenings. We recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay! The perfect Airbnb experience. A comfortable, clean and homely house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was well stocked with clean linen and all the kitchen utensils you could wish for. The welcoming basket was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. It was great having a private parking space for our car at the property. The town centre is just over ten minute walk, and there’s a shop and cafe just around the corner from the house. Highly recommended for a stay in Limassol.

What an amazing place to stay! The day usually starts with a brilliant sunrise as you rarely go through them. Overlooking the fields and the olive grove. A place where you relax and where you are connected to nature. The host's warmth and involvement was also special. ❤️Great location - everything is walking distance,which was important for us, Sea is literally 1min away, apartments have their own privacy and fully equiped.We rented this 2floor duplex for 4people ( couples) holidays and had a blast as it had exactly what we needed for nightlifestyle - near by cool clubs/fancy dinning as well as comfy eateries.Could enjoy the terrass with our own music and drinks till early morning - no neighbours is a plus.The host was really nice and showed us around gem places to visit. This place is really unique🔥🔥🔥

Fantastic place. I highly recommend it. Great location - only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet street. Very spacious apartment, you have a lot of space to move and for luggage. Very clean. Even if it's very hot outside - the apartment inside is cool. It's has all the amenities and necessary electrical appliances for a comfortable stay. There is huge smart TV right opposite the bed. The bed is a large double. The host is very friendly and responds very quickly. Everything was great.

It was a very pleasant stay in this apartment. We were there a month, and are satisfied. The area is very calm, close to Daoudi beach, there's a supermarket nearby (but anyway food and products delivery is very good in Limassol). The apartment is convenient, with everything you may need, with nice balcony and a parking spot. Loutmila is very responsive.

Yioulia’s apartment is perfect for a summer family holiday. It has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay — plenty of towels, a spacious living area with cozy sofas, and a lovely balcony with a sea view. If you’re traveling with kids, the location is ideal — you can watch your family play on the beach right from the balcony. There are also two kids’ playgrounds just a 4-minute walk away, along with a beach café and two nearby beaches with sunbeds. The sand on the beach in front of the apartment is soft and fine — perfect for little feet. One of the best features of the apartment is how naturally cool it stays. We visited in late May, and although it was already quite hot outside, the apartment kept a pleasant breeze and fresh air flowing thanks to its cross-ventilation. Highly recommend this place for a relax
