Family-friendly vacation rentals in Agios Theodoros

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had enjoyed our stay very much. it felt like Nelli thought of everything. The house is sweet very well organise. we found all we needed. the beds are very comfortable. the single beds are wide. our kids slept in the beds that are one on top of the other. Our young daughter felt a little uncomfortable with the high bed. The wither was good and we could use the beautiful outdoor spaces. Personaly I am a type that likes airy places and for May it was absolutely great to have our morning coffee at the porch and eat dinner in the outdoors, next to the kitchen. the kitchen have everything i needed. Nelli was so kind to invite us to a community picnic on the weekend. and advice us with best recommendation for restaurants and grocery. I do advice to come with some foods because you'll need a car to get anywhere. We found the people very kind, hart warming and lovely. coud get around with English, and enjoy these amazing mountains.

Our stay was wonderful. The place looks even better than the photos. Nicolas and his mother was a great hosts and helped us with everything you needed. we definitely would love to stay there again!!! Thank you Nikolas

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

We had a few issues at the start which Elena fixed as soon as she could. This is a host that will go through fire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is modern and beautiful with a balcony to relax on during slow days. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon: - The couch is pretty small. If you're a plus size person, you won't be able to sit comfortably watching tv. - The beds does not have any mattress pads and in certain positions you can feel the spring in the mattress. I believe this place is a 5/5 if the above are taken care of.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und mit einem perfekten Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Evis war schnell und freundlich. Evis ist ein hilfsbereiter und sehr guter Gastgeber.

Schönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Appartement in einem kleinen Dorf nahe der Küste. Das Meer ist in Sichtweite, auf der Dachterasse steht ein Jacuzzi und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sindin max einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Christoph , seine Frau und ihre supernetten kleinen Kinder leben im gleichen Haus. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant im Haus mit ecquisiter Küche.

Отличное место для спокойного уединенного отдыха среди зелёных пальм и цветущих кустарников с потрясающими видами на равнины и предгорья. Аутентичная атмосфера дома сохранена руками этой трудолюбивой кипрской семьи. Мы желаем этой семье процветания и добра!

Жильё находится примерно в получасе ходьбы от моря. В доме нет лифта, нужно подняться на один этаж. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, быстро решает возникающие проблемы.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Spokojna, mała i urokliwa wioseczka. Właściciele Tochni Tavern to cudowni ludzie, prowadzą rodzinny biznes, czuć w nich dobro i służą pomocą. Czuliśmy się tam bezpiecznie. Restauracja ma wyśmienite jedzenie, a jej położenie zapiera dech w piersi. Śniadania obfite i smaczne, są również opcje wegetariańskie. Można zapisać się na masaż u miejscowej specjalistki, popływać w basenie czy wypożyczyć rowery. Trzeba się nastawić na poranny trening, ponieważ apartamenty położone są niżej, a okolica górzysta. Polecam wynajęcie auta. Było cudownie ! Dziękujemy 😌

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

we stayed at Niko's place for almost a week, a family of 5. The location was great (from our prespective), the place itself was very tidy and clean, all the facilites were top notch. Nikos was very approachable, helpful when needed and made us feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pyla. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s on the 1st floor with an elevator and has a lovely view of the pool. The location is excellent just minutes from the highway, which made it easy to get around, yet still in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. The apartment has two bedrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of breakfast essentials waiting for us when we arrived,bread, juice, water, pastrami, and cheese. It was perfect after a long travel day. The building has both an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as a gym, all open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Pool towels were also provided, which was a nice bonus. There was always plenty of hot water. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was great throughout. We really enjoyed our time here and we would certainly return. A car is a must.

Прекрасная квартира, чистая (что для меня важно). Елена - менеджер по сдаче квартиры, очень внимательная, ответила на все вопросы, даже не связанные с жильём, а вообще проконсультировала по основным аспектам жизни в Лимассоле. Хорошая локация, до пляжа пешком минут 10, очень рекомендую вьетнамский рестик по дороге на пляж Дасуди. Около локации магазинчики и вообще всё было супер. Если вернусь на Кипр, то искать жильё не придётся, выберу этот вариант 100%. Желаю хороших и добросовестных туристов!

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. Many thanks for hosting us!

We had such a great family stay here, the house was perfect - The pool and outdoor area was the highlight. Tony was super helpful and quick to respond and very friendly. I would recommend having a car as it’s quite residential area but perfect location to getting into Larnaca and around the island. Will hopefully come again!

It was lovely staying at Mene’s place. The pool is beautiful and it was fantastic spending our time relaxing and swimming. The house is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There were shops nearby we could drive to, and local spots to go for food etc. Mene was really flexible and let us check out late as our flights were later in the day. Very much recommended!

It's a very spacious appartment and close enough to the boulevard for fun, but far away enough to not too much noise. Instructions were super clear! We also had a very late check-out and that was possible. That gave us another full day to enjoy Larnaca which was super! Thanks Natalia!

Z mieszkania jest przepiękny widok na wschody słońca <3 Mieszkanie jest czyste i posiada wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia :) Kontakt z właścicielem jest super :) Z mieszkania jest wszędzie blisko, czy to nad morze na wschód słońca albo nad słone jezioro gdzie w styczniu zimują flamingi :) Bardzo polecam tego gospodarza :) <3
