Family-friendly vacation rentals in Agios Dometios

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Lovely apartment on a well kept complex, very peaceful. The apartment is close to the Lapta Walkway and it's lovely to walk along early in the morning before breakfast. There's a supermarket within walking distance and the Wild Duck is a lovely place to eat and very reasonable, they even deliver if you don't feel like going out. Arhun, the host, did everything to ensure I had a good holiday and when there was a problem with the kitchen sink he sent round a plumber to fix it very quickly.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

Nice and clean house.

Everything corresponds to the description. The hostess Olga met me from the airport, told me everything and we checked in comfortably. The place is quiet, just right for privacy. There is a barbecue on the roof and during the day you can sunbathe with a view of the mountains. I recommend it.

It was a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for work. A quiet, local neighbourhood, close to parks and the supermarket. The house is homely and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again if I return to Nicosia.

Great urban/semi rural location in Latsia. 10 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus ride to Nicosia. The apartment is very clean and welcoming, has loads of space and everything was as described. Our 2nd time staying here, we hope to return. Thank you Alex.

The house we stayed with friends was great, the neighborhood was calm and the sea view was great. There were all the amenities at home, and most importantly, the questions we asked were answered immediately and our needs were met.

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

This house is really something very special as you can feel all the love, passion and positive energy Alessandra and her family put into this paradiso for decades. We loved this wonderful space from the very first second and it grounded us in a very warm and positive way. Thank you!!

My 3rd stay in this house, we preferred this place every time we came because we were satisfied. The house is clean and tidy, the pool is not accessible, if the pool is decisive for you, pay attention to this.

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Could not fault my stay! Acip was very friendly and greeted us when we arrived and then left us to our own devices! Met him and family around the pool. Great ammenties in the property and clean! Beautiful pool area with trees surrounding for shade! Just off the main road in lapta so perfect location for getting about, we hired a car and ventured around! Would definitely come again, thankyou Acip!

The house was very clean and complete. The view was very nice. Mrs. Eda was there for us at every moment of our holiday, I thank her once again, I received a very sincere answer to every question and her advice was very successful. From now on, I will not consider staying in Cyprus when I come. ☺️

Everything has already been said in the previous comments: Frédéric's villa is simply a little paradise in Cyprus! Ideally located, well equipped, quiet, offering a magnificent view of the sea and the last mountain. The house has lots of charm and the place is perfect for recharging and enjoying the surrounding nature. The small village of Esentepe is also very charming with a few shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you to Frédéric for being a great host, very responsive and very attentive. We will return with great pleasure to Villa Doluca because it feels good:-)

We were absolutely very, very pleased. Especially Mr. Berke's interest was very nice. In the morning, he offered us organic apricots and nectarines he picked from his garden. We are very satisfied, it is a place we will definitely choose again 🥰🥰🥰

We came as a family, we were very satisfied, we stayed for 5 nights, the host informed us about how to check in, there was everything we could need in the house, we would prefer to stay here again. We had its own parking lot, kitchen utensils, clean towels, sheets. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the welcome plate. Thank you very much for everything

We had such a great family stay here, the house was perfect - The pool and outdoor area was the highlight. Tony was super helpful and quick to respond and very friendly. I would recommend having a car as it’s quite residential area but perfect location to getting into Larnaca and around the island. Will hopefully come again!
