Villa OZZY is an Adults Only villa, just for adults, with 6 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. In the courtyard there is a gazebo equipped with barbecue, stove, sink and all necessary for a summer kitchen. The refrigerated cabinet and 4 tables with 4 chairs each complete the gazebo. Upstairs is a staircase where there are 6 rooms with private bathrooms. 4 of the rooms have balconies. All the rooms have air conditioning and free WIFI access.

Perla Mamaia – Sea View Apartment near the Beach

We had a very pleasant stay at Roxana's place. The apartment is in a great location, right on the beach and has everything a family needs for a stay in Mamaia. Roxana is an excellent host who responds quickly to any question. We highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Mamaia.

A private balcony features wooden flooring and is equipped with two stylish black chairs facing the view. Large glass doors provide access to the interior space, allowing natural light to fill the area. Lush greenery and a view of the lakes and park can be seen in the distance.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, very beautiful, everything you need, very clean and bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable beds, the blinds were amazing 😊more than expected, very fast wifi, Xbox was great for kids, TV's were great with netflix. Really nice apartment. We will definitely be returning

I really appreciated the attitude of the host. He was always responsive to all the requests we had, there were a few small repairs to make that came to mind and was very prompt. Including the check- in and chek- out were flexible. The location is accessible on foot, close to grocery stores and a playground for children. The beach is 7 minutes away, we just went down a few stairs from the end of the street and then we could see the boardwalk, then the wooden stairs and ready we were with the sand at our feet:)!Thank you so much for making our stay more enjoyable!

Impressed by the layout of the place and its size. From the pictures I thought it was much smaller. Tastefully arranged and very friendly. Properly equipped: stove, oven, central heating, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, plates, cutlery, and the fridge very clean. The clean and nice smelly bedding and the towels white and very thick and clean. In the bedroom there is a lamp and TV with cable, including air conditioning. If you need it, you can also find cleaning supplies. Small disadvantages, not at all disturbing: the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, for us it was not a problem at all, because it was sanitized. In addition, we could have used a hair dryer and an iron. If you know you need them, have them in your luggage☺️😄. We were satisfied and satisfied and even impressed with the experience ❤️

A newly renovated apartment, very clean, spacious, fully equipped (washing machine, iron.....). Communicating with the host very easy. The location is the one described, very close to the Casino, the tourist pore, the cliff, the center.
