A charming three-story property, beautifully situated on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, where there is a sandy beach and a local cozy harbour. An 80 m2 apartment with open living room and kitchen, wood-burning stove and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect according to the old principles - windows made of plywood (1809) painted with linseed oil, binding works with dowels, paper wool insulation, thatched roof etc. Waste sorting and recycling is also important

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Sleep well. Enjoy the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest swimming area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good choice. There are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. In the summer months, there is music at the harbor every weekend + flea market every Tuesday. Incl. towels and bed linen

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Get in full swing in this unique and tranquil space right down to the water. A simple but personal cabin overlooking the water. Sofa bed sleeps 2, as well as a bed that sleeps 2 (1.5 man bed) . Small tea kitchen with 2 hot plates. Small fridge. Electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Lovely terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding at DKK 100 per person.

The room is with its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Suitable for an overnight stay or two when you're on the go. Not a summer cottage. Tenant can self check in. Independent, newly renovated and very special home: Living room, kitchen, bathroom and loft. Sleeps up to 5. Located overlooking fields and forests and at the same time centrally located on Funen. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
