The accommodation is well located, with shops and cafes nearby, which is very convenient on a daily basis. I highly recommend it!

Lovely family stay, Rachid was friendly & helpful aswell as Ahmed the gate man who was lovely, the villa is spacious & well equipped with the gym & inside pool which was good for the kids, rooms are big & beds comfy, the outside space is nice & there’s tortoises in the garden which the kids loved to feed, the location is great with a car it’s right near croc parc, the surrounding area is peaceful & there’s local shops nearby with a small market aswell as bakeries etc please visit here if staying the prices are so much lower than central agadir & it’s putting money back into the local people. We loved going down & buying the fresh bread, fruit & cakes. I would say the kitchen wasn’t that great to cook for the 5 of us we struggled & the oven glass kept falling out aswell as some things hadn’t been cleaned at all, there’s no sun loungers either but the majority of the time we found that the garden is in the shade due to the position of the Villa.

We had a very pleasant stay, the accommodation matches the description and it is located in a quiet and peaceful environment. Mohamed was attentive to us and we were able to contact him when needed. Everything went well and we will definitely be back. I recommend 👍

I had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s on the second floor, and there’s an elevator, which is very convenient. The balcony was lovely, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. Parking was also available, which made things easier. Imane was very helpful and always responded quickly. I really enjoyed my stay thank you!

Great place and also matches the photos in the listing. Baka lives right next door and can always be reached. The house was clean and superbly equipped. There were free surfboards and wetsuits provided by the accommodation. It's definitely worth the money👍

Beautiful, modern furnished apartment in a quiet, new and guarded settlement – we felt very comfortable. 😊 The beach is a 5–10 minute walk. Important to know: The accommodation is not located directly where it is shown on the map, but between Taghazout and Tamraght in the Tamourrit residence, which would have been found in the text. Restaurants and shopping are about 15 minutes' walk away – by car or taxi (10–20 dirhams) you can get there faster. If you are looking for peace and have no problem with short distances or taxis, this is the place to be. Thanks for the pleasant stay! 🙏

Spacious, modern apartment in a fantastic location. Host was excellent communicator, helpful and friendly. Underground parking with 24 hour security and reserved space was great. There are 2 supermarkets in the complex- less than 5 minutes walk from apartment selling everything needed including an alcohol shop below Carrefour. The balcony has a perfect vantage point for watching the sunset from the top of the building (5th floor). Only downsides: the dishwasher wasn’t working (could get it to turn on); there were a couple of pillow cases missing; and there are only beds for 4 people (any more would have to sleep on the sofa). Otherwise excellent and would highly recommend. Thanks

Very comfortable apartment, well furnished and clean on arrival with everything a resident needs regardless of the length of stay. Sunset view and the 3 illuminated words: a God, a Homeland, a King written in Arabic on the hill in the distance. The building is always clean thanks to the housekeepers who work all day. There is a security guard during the day and another at night, 7 days a week, which reinforces the feeling of comfort in the building, building or tenants are friendly and smiling. The whole gives a satisfactory stay at all levels and frankly I have a good memory of it. Note that my stay was a month, in May and Jef the owner is very friendly on the phone. I plan to come back in September and get to know the "regular" residents who come back every year!
