Rustic residence built with materials traditional to our region. It’s situated in a rural area, in Fenais da Luz (13 kilometres or 10-15 minutes to the city centre of Ponta Delgada. The house has everything you need if you wish to bring your family or friends. It’s close to interest points such as Batalha Golf Course, Natural pools of São Vicente and beaches in Ponta Delgada and Ribeira Grande. In a 2,5 kilometres radius there’s a pharmacy, some restaurants and a supermarket.

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay in a place off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A CAT living in the cottage, she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT. If you don't like cats or are allergic to them, the cottage is not a suitable option for you.

We're making constant improvements and we are remodeling all the surrounding space of the house to provide better contact with nature and plants.
