Waterfall Life: immersed in secluded nature

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

Right at the door of the Villa, in the small bay in front, you can fish on the rocks, swim in the natural ocean pool or enjoy the tiny beach next to the islet.

Big house with 1 suite, 3 bed rooms, 3 WC (one for the suite, 1 shared for the 3 bed rooms and 1 common), there is also a kitchen, living room and swimming pool outside. It's located on the center of S. Miguel Island, near "everything". Great house for familys and groups. We're making constant improvements and we are remodeling all the surrounding space of the house to provide better contact with nature and plants.

Casa do Pinheiro is located in the center of the parish of Fenais da Luz, just a 15-minute drive from Ponta Delgada Airport. It is also about 5 minutes from the Batalha Golf Course, as well as the Poços natural pools. Santa Barbara Beach is about 12 minutes away. From this location, you can reach any tourist spot on the island in less than 50 minutes.
