We had an exceptional stay! Yaqoob was super responsive and super thoughtful with us from start to finish. He had anticipated all our needs, which allowed us to fully enjoy without worrying about anything. The house… just magical. Even more beautiful than in the photos, carefully decorated, super comfortable a real little piece of heaven that makes you dream. It felt like home, but better! The place was as pictured, if not better. Completely private and no issues with any neighbours. It is 25 mins from Muscat and 20-30mins away from some good restaurants in the area. A car is recommended. There is a housekeeper living on site but not inside the main residence. No issues with privacy and anything we needed including housekeeping was done impecably. The host was responsive and checking to see if we needed anything. Overall a fantastic villa and the kids loved it. There are local shops nearby to get groceries and local food and drink shops. All of them were friendly and no issues experienced.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb units in Muscat, it just has that clean and cozy feel to it. The location is central and literally minutes away from 2 major malls, the Azaiba beach (a 12 minute drive), Almouj (below 15 mins drive) and most of the usual hot spots of Muscat. Not to mention the nice cafe's, restaurants, super market and dry cleaners all within walking distance (5 mins max). You also get a parking spot in the basement which is a huge plus. Mehran is a true gentleman and is the most proactive host you will ever deal with. Was always happy to answer any questions I had and at any time of the day almost instantly. Thank you Mehran, I will be recommending this flat to all my friends and family that wish to visit Muscat.
