Beautiful fishing house. Close to town, harbor and sea
Beautiful little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore looks nice and comfortable.

Det Lille Gule Hus is centrally located in the adventure town of Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with a bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. If you are getting married, it is a 5-minute walk to the town hall, a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works well for a family with two children and a dog!

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

Parking for 2 cars. 500 meters to the beach and downtown.

Stay in our charming circus wagon with all amenities in the beautiful countryside of the Danish island Ærø. The wagon stands in a secluded spot on our property and has plenty of space and amenities for a romantic getaway. The wagon offers around 25 square meters of space with a separate bedroom, shower and toilet. The living and dining room includes a sofa, dining table and leads into the small but fully equipped kitchen. The wagon also offers heating as well as free wifi.

The house is an old charming townhouse in the sought-after Sønderrendekvarter in Marstal, where the old skipper houses are located side by side. The house is a stone's throw from the harbor and Kalkovnen and within walking distance of the beach, the pedestrian street and shopping. The house has a good atmosphere and is decorated with a combination of authentic and modern details. There is plenty of opportunity for relaxation, cycling and experiences in the nature of Ærø.

The nearest beach is about 3 km away, the charming villages of Ærøskøbing and Marstal with their popular, long beaches are 5 and 8 km away. The house with terrace and large garden has a large integrated room on the ground floor for cooking, eating and living, a hallway with a workplace and the bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious guest rooms with 4 to max. 6 beds.

The apartment has a private entrance from Buegade. Entrance hall with wardrobe and stairs to 1st floor. Here there is a newer kitchen and dining room, from which there is access to 2 rooms. One room with a large double bed 180x200. The second bedroom has a slightly smaller double bed 160x200. There is also a TV/DVD and a staircase to the loft. In the loft, there is a small double bed of 140x200. Both rooms have separate access to newer toilet and bath.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø
The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.
