Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Tonia a été extrêmement accueillante et pleine de bons conseils personnalisés à nos envies du moment. L’appartement était tout confort, très bien équipé et impeccable. La piscine et la vue un vrai plus. Nous avons profité de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour qui ont vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui ont rendu ce séjour simple et très agréable.

Our experience at Kythea Suites was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that immediately made us feel at ease. The suites are tucked away in a peaceful, serene location — ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The view of the Aegean Sea from our suite was simply stunning. We spent every morning and evening soaking in the beauty and calm. The perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended for a quiet gateway!

Wir haben uns bei Giorgos sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos, super schön und sauber. Die Gegend ist wirklich ruhig und dennoch kann man zu Fuß schnell jegliche Restaurants, Supermärkte und einen schönen Strand erreichen. Giorgos und Maria waren bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und waren immer super freundlich 😊 Es stand noch selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und Raki zum probieren bereit, sowie ein Obstkorb. Parken konnten wir immer direkt vor der Tür, der Papa (der auch immer super lieb war) hat uns am ersten Tag direkt einen Platz freigemacht auf dem wir immer parken konnten. Ansonsten kann man aber auch gut drumherum parken. Insgesamt waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden definitiv wiederkommen! ☺️

The Beach House apartments zijn authetiek, creatief ingericht, ruim, prachtig gelegen voor zee en bergen. Yoga in de ochtend in een bloemenzee was een cadeau. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen in de natuur. Alle mensen die er werken zijn zo open en vriendelijk. Ik heb genoten. Hopelijk tot ziens, hartelijk dankjewel.

This is really a gorgeous apartment. Recently built, very high quality construction, beautiful contemporary style and detailing, nicely furnished and decorated. Location is right on the sea wall (I think our balcony was about 20 feet horizontally and 20' vertically from ocean water!). Stephani met us upon arrival and got us settled in. She also was great with advice on nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our time there.

Amazing apartment and perfect for a morning swim!

Maria's penthouse flat is a gem. It was quiet. Location was very accessible with the metro close by. It's just a case of getting the metro from the airport directly (taking any metro on the metro platform which turns up seemed to do the trick). The terrace is lovely. The flat felt authentic and comfortable. There's plenty of nearby restaurants. I recommend the pancakes at The Place near the metro there. Also appreciated the air con in the flat. Thanks Maria for helping enrich my first impressions of Greece!

Our villa was amazing! Situated on a hillside overlooking beautiful Falasarna Beach, this villa is the epitome of luxury. Even more spacious than it looks in the pictures, it has an extremely comfortable bed, wonderful shower with plentiful high-quality bath products, and a well-stocked kitchen. The view is outstanding with picture-perfect sunsets. The pool temperature was just right, which we used daily, and the outdoors is just as luxurious, with comfortable loungers and outdoor dining. Even though there are two other houses on the property, the design offers total privacy, and being built into the hillside it remained cool and comfortable, without needing to use the AC. Sandra and the Holiways team are top-notch, very proactive and communicative, and will help with anything you need, and left us a lovely welcome basket with delicious local treats. We felt spoiled! It was a perfect relaxing way to end our vacation, and we highly recommend this property and Holiways. We will be back!

Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

Ο χώρος και το σπίτι είναι καλύτερα κι από τις φωτογραφίες και ξεπερνάει τις προσδοκίες σου. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Από τα πολύ θετικά ή άμεση επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες για κάθε απορία και οι ακριβείς οδηγίες. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο κι απομονωμένο. Το αξιοποιήσαμε για να περάσουμε χρόνο με τους φίλους μας και να ψήσουμε στην βεράντα, πάντα με σεβασμό προς την ιδιοκτησία του οικοδεσπότη. Θα το ξανα προτιμήσω!

ev gerçekten inanılmaz huzurlu hissettirdi. fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi ve tertemizdi. kritik ihtiyaçlar öngörülmüş ve bırakılmış.(tuvalet kâğıdı, tuz, mangal kömürü, jel vs) ev sahipleriyle iletişim kolay vesorunsuzdu. Ayrıca dikili merkeze arabayla 10-15dk uzaklıkta ve merkezde çok güzel mekanlar da mevcut. Tekrar gitmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz. Teşekkürler

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, όπως φαινόταν κει στις φωτογραφίες. Ήμαστε 4 άτομα, 2 ζευγάρια και μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι. Η οποία υγρασία, καθώς το σπίτι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, έφευγε με το ξεκίνημα των κλιματιστικών ενώ κάποια λίγα νέρα στο μπάνιο λόγω υγρασίας δικαιολογούνται από το χειμώνα στο νησί . Η Αναστασία είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα διαθέσιμη να εξυπηρετήσει και βοηθήσει. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει διακοπές στη Σκύρο και να μένει δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η απόσταση από τη χώρα είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι, ενώ υπάρχει σουπερμάρκετ και ταβέρνα ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπίτι ( 1 λεπτό με το αμάξι)

Die Villa ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern – sie hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Aggelos und Marisa waren ausgesprochen freundlich, stets erreichbar und haben mich bei der Organisation meiner Reise grossartig unterstützt. Ich kann die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir waren 10 Tage in Zafis Haus, es war fantastisch 🤩 Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Zafi ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und unglaublich herzlich. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und die Sicht ebenso. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein. Wir würden auf Paros nichts anderes buchen . Bir evde olması gereken herşey vardı. Türk kahvesine kadar düşünülmüş, herşey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Girdiğimizde gayet temizdi ev. konum olarak harikaydı, gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolaylıkla buradan ulaşabildik.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Christos und Elena. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und direkt in Strandnähe.

Athanasia was very responsive. Her apartment was beautiful, immaculate and in a great location near Monastiraki square.

I had such a lovely stay, the family were so helpful and kind and by the end of the trip I felt like I was part of the family! Location is beautiful with the sunrise directly infront of you in the morning! Lots round about for shopping, food and drink! All in all I had a great time and loved the apartment and outdoor space, I could have stayed forever! Thank you both for being so lovely and making me feel safe as a solo traveler, I hope to return again soon! Thanks again, Rhea

We loved our stay. Very peaceful location, 2 minute walk to the beach, 12 minute walk to a really cute shop with nice quality food. Alexandra was helpful, kind and responsive. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot with good water pressure, wifi was strong, the outdoor patio is wonderful! It is 1.5 hours into central Athens by bus/metro but we loved the peacefullness and our main intention was rest so it was perfect for us.

Πολύ καλοί οικοδεσπότες και ο κ. Ιωάννης και ο κ.Χρήστος μας κάνανε να νιώσουμε σαν οικογένεια εξυπηρετικοί,ασχολήθηκαν να μας στείλουν μέρη όμορφα να επισκεφτούμε να φάμε. Το μέρος φοβερό καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές,η πισίνα υπέροχη περάσαμε υπέροχα εντός του χώρου όσο και εκτός τέλος το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. 5*

Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sehr schnell für jede Frage geantwortet und hilfreiche Informationen geschickt. Die Wohnungszustand war einfach top, alles modern und sauber. Nesspressokaffemaschine & Kaffee-Capsuls, Milchaufschäumer machen leckeren Kaffee. Sehr bequem mit der Geschirrmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Grundzutaten zum Kochen waren zur Verfügung gestellt wie Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Parking an der Strasse war sehr einfach. Die Stadtmitte ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden weiterempfehlen oder wiederkommen.
