Condo vacation rentals in Administrative unit Maribor

The house was neat, clean, and spacious. Everything was within walking distance. You could reach the riverside in just a few minutes. The bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful and attentive. They did their best to assist with everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Having a parking space was also a great advantage. We had no issues finding the place or getting in.

the house was as shown in the photos. The place is close to the center and there is a nice restaurant nearby. We had no problems. We were satisfied.

Overall great experience. Owner genuinely care about our well being.We arrived late so she gave us clear instructions how to get in, where to park, where to find things.She even messaged us where to find a store in the morning. at day of our checkout she offered us to stay as long as wanted, since apartment was free for the afternoon. We wont be looking for any other apartment ent when we come to Maribor.

Greay stay, the host really put an effort to make the place livable (spices fo cooking, tablet for washing machine, trash bags, a lot of plates and utensils etc.. )

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Bikes were close and the parking situation is also very convenient. A bit pricey, considering the average cost of living in the area, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about. Timotej was very proactive, responded always within minutes, and had good recommendations for the area. We definitely recommend staying here.

Tim was one of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. So responsive and helpful, even offered an impromptu guided tour when we bumped into each other in town. His apartment is in a spectacular location and is so cute and cozy. I hope I get the chance to stay there again!!

I was with my 3-year-old son for 5 nights in Tomaž & Maja's apartment, which not only met our expectations, but far exceeded them! :) The friendly & colorful décor is both appealing and very thoughtful. Everywhere there were loving details and you feel literally invited to play and discover. We probably would have needed at least 5 days (or rather 5 weeks) there to discover and try out all the games and activities. The rooms are very clean, offer all kinds of amenities and are well equipped - theoretically we could have left half of our luggage at home ;) Shopping, restaurants, playgrounds & extensive nature are all within walking distance within minutes. Tomaž and Maja have created a fabulous place here where you can only feel comfortable and which felt like a home away from home. Thanks for everything!

Cosy and clean apartment. Location is perfect starting point for old time hopping- only 5 min from Lent with beautiful walks and restaurants. Matej was very kind, helpful and responsive.

Very well located apartment, right next to central area and city park. My interest was Clinical Center witch is also in walkable distance. For a short stay is an excellent choice, but little bit difficult if you are with a small child because the building has no elevator. Inside you have everything you need , although it is a small space and it can be challenging if you plan to cook. We had a crib and a high chair for the baby, and some sugar and spices in the kithchen. Katja provided new linens , and there were enough clean towels for all our stay. Overall very good value.

Beautiful, spacious apartment for 8 people. Maybe 2 couples with kids. Clean. Great location for visiting nature, skiing. Parking for one vehicle in the garage. Elevator to the apartment. We enjoyed it. Recommended.

Eeverythin was fine. Just did get how to control or switch off AC/ventilation. Shower holder was broken. And would be good to have washing machine.

The place was right next to the bus station (just a few hundred meters) and wasn’t quite big and comfortable. Would definitely recommend as a great stay in Maribor
