I have stayed at Charlton's place a number of times now and it feels like a home away from home. The place is always spotless and comfortable to be in.

I picked this property because of its outlook to the beach & it didn't disappoint, an excellent location, 5 min walk to Jetty Road, 10 min walk to the Mariner & all the fantastic restaurants. The house was beautiful, very clean & comfortable. Lots of space for 7 ladies with the 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Janelle was a fantastic host, very friendly, kept in regular contact, instructions were easy to follow & a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property with a group or family & Janelle & Elite Accommodation Holiday & Executive Rentals were fabulous.

Absolutely beautiful place and location with glorious views. Beach is heaven. House. Is impeccably clean and comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything you would need. All furniture was comfortable, and equipment was great. When away, we often feel as though we look forward to going back home as we long for the comforts of home - not here! Just perfect! Will definitely be back.

Would book again in a heartbeat! We had a wonderful week away with the family. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids utilised the play area downstairs. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and we loved being able to pop across the road to the beach for a walk or enjoy an incredible sunset. This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Chris listings. She’s been amazing both times with communication and just making the day easier. Her properties are just as the photos are and have not disappointed whatsoever. Both myself and my partner have been impressed and happy with the stay on both occasions. We will definitely be looking out for more listings from Chris whenever we can.

Anna was an excellent host and very responsive as she lives next door. Lots of space, comfy beds and effective heating in the cold weather. Easy to get to a walking distance to lovely paths along the water.

We have loved our stay here, and the beach view is amazing. We will definitely keep you in mind when we come back to Adelaide next.

Liping’s home was beautifully presented and exactly as described. It suited our group of five individuals perfectly. Highly recommended.

We (8 adults + 1 toddler) had a fabulous time at Henley Beach, the house is an old house beautifully and tastefully renovated with original wood floors. The 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, very spacious, excellent bedding / linen and plentiful of towels. The kitchen is well stoked and great for breakfast and we did appreciate to have milk, bread, fruits, eggs, etc. for our first breakfast (many thanks Lucy). The living room and sun room are very comfy and offer great views towards the ocean. With the exception of some noise from traffic on Seaview road (back side), the house is pretty quiet and peaceful (never been bothered by a building site next door). The location of the house is awesome as you just cross the Esplanade to reach the beach as well as many coffee shops / restaurants / grocery stores. Lastly, Lucy is an extraordinary host, very responsive (mail or phone) and easy to deal with.

We have loved our stay here, and the beach view is amazing. We will definitely keep you in mind when we come back to Adelaide next.

We had an amazing stay at Lucy’s place. The generous breakfast supplies and special treats were truly appreciated, as was the excellent communication and rapid responses to our questions. The house has everything you could possibly need, and more. It is tastefully decorated with great paintings, comfy beds and stunning sea/beach views.We went for long beach walks and we were so close to the beautiful Henley Square and across the road from Joe’s cafe - so many amazing dining choices. Thank you Lucy, for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We loved it and highly recommend it to others.

Jacqui made myself and my two dogs feel welcome even before we arrived, the enclosed yard was great and the location was excellent, very quiet. The property exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was what we needed for our family. Located close to friends and in a quiet area with lovely view.
