We are a short 15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin and all that this vibrant city has to offer. We are close to the Botanic Gardens and a short drive to the beautiful Phoenix Park, home to Dublin Zoo and roaming deer. Our home is fully equipped with all mod cons including WIFI, cable tv, power shower in our large (shared) luxury bathroom, feather filled pillows and duvets, nespresso coffee machine etc, We are a gay couple who have been together for over 20 years and would be delighted to welcome you to stay in our comfortable and convenient home. We would be happy to provide you with an extensive continental breakfast in our sunny breakfast room or on the patio listening to the gurgling fountain of our fish pond! Our neighbourhood is a traditional area of Dublin where you can find all amenities in the locality including supermarket, pubs and most shops that any visitor would require. Because we are so close to the city centre and on a major bus and taxi route, the city is easily accessible for more fine dining and theatre options. If you like the idea of staying in a real Victorian period home with working real fires and fireplaces, elegant cornicing and a delightful cottage style walled garden, this is the place for you.

Our family lives in a 6 bed house in Donaghmede, Dublin 13 near Donaghmede shopping centre. The house is set in a very nice Estate. There are excellent transport links to all parts of Dublin with the DART station and frequent bus routes. There are 6 bedrooms in total, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large Kitchen/Dinning room. We have a pet cat called Maomao. This is a children friendly house.

Bernadette was a great host and her dog Leo is the bestest boy ever! While buses go frequent, it takes around half an hour to get to the city-center, which is absolutely fine considering the price one would have to pay to stay in a hotel in the center! Bernadette even gave us these pre-paid bus cards that can be charged by phone which were incredibly useful. I recommend bringing ear plugs, as it’s necessary to sleep with the window open during the warmer season which faces a very busy and loud street. Overall, our stay with Bernadette was great and I highly recommend staying at her place if you’re looking for an affordable place in Dublin!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you are wanting a quieter night away from the hustle of the city. Laura was very responsive and was flexible with my check in time which was super helpful since I had a fairly early arrival. Her place is just as described and the room is spacious for you to spread out belongings if two people are traveling. Ubers are around 20 euros to the city but there are two easily accessible bus routes that took around 30-40 mins given traffic. She also offered me breakfast and coffee while having a quick chat before I left. Lovely lady and would definitely stay here again!

Finbarr is an excellent host. He is friendly and helpful. He gave us ideas of where to go and what to do. His apartment is clean, tidy and homely, cosy and relaxing with a peaceful balcony overlooking some greenery. The bed was large and comfortable. Great shower. He even provided the milk and teabags also toiletries in the e en-suite bathroom. We enjoyed chatting to him when he was there. If we go back to Dublin we will be booking in with Finbarr again!!!! CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING WITH FINBARR.

Perfect home near Airport! We felt very comfortable. Pedro and Douglas are very welcoming and greeted us personally and showed us everything. The room is spacious, you have your own bathroom and everything is very clean and well maintained. The bus connection to the airport is possible 24 hours a day. It's very quiet, you don't hear any aircraft noise. The city center is about 40 minutes away. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place!

We had a good stay at Olena's place. It's close enough to town( ~30 min ) with good bus connections and close to the airport which was great because we landed quite late. The instructions given were very helpful and we found the flat quite easily. The room was also very clean and when I had a question prior to the visit Olena responded soon after.
