The owners have done an exceptional job restoring and modernising a beautiful period property, blending historic charm with modern comfort in the most thoughtful way. The interior is both elegant and rustic, with carefully curated details that give the home a warm and authentic feel. Local artwork is featured throughout, adding a real sense of place and creativity to every room. You can really feel the love and care that went into every design choice. It’s a space that feels not only luxurious, but also welcoming and full of character. Highly recommend—it’s a gem you won’t want to leave!

Paldies par sirsnīgo uzņemšanu! Esam ļoti apmierināti ar naktsmītni. Tā kā bijām pirmie viesi, viss bija pirkts no jauna, saimniece bija sagādājusi visu nepieciešamo (trauki, panna, dvieļi, segas utt.) lai palikšana būtu ērta un nekas papildus nebūtu vajadzīgs. Lai arī sākumā bija problēmas ar silto ūdeni, saimniece bija atsaucīga un to ātri novērsa. Naktsmītne atrodas netālu no lidostas un no dārza paveras lielisks skats, kad lidostā nosēžas lidmašīnas, taču guļot un esot mājas iekšpusē lidmašīnas skaņas nedzirdēja. Paldies, un cerams tiksimies vēl.

Прекрасный коттедж с красивым видом из окон. Удобная кухня, хорошая баня. Нам все очень понравилось.

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

We had a wonderful stay at Andris' home. The hosts (Andris and Thomas) were super communicative before and during our stay, and Aivars, the neighbor who facilitated everything, was also extremely attentive and responsive. It was really nice to have a friendly face waiting for us at the end of a super long travel day, and after being out and about in a foreign city. It was apparent that Andris, Thomas, and Aivars went out of their way to be sure our trip was as good as it could be. We happened to be there during the "storm of the century," and Aivars texted us about it, cautioned us to stay home, and checked in the following morning. It was nice to have him around, but it wasn't intrusive. I The home was spotless, the location serene, and it was nice to be able to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely stay here again.

Ļoti mājīga un skaista mājiņa, kā arī teritorija. Māju ļoti viegli atrast. Saimnieks ļoti draudzīgs un viegli sazināties. Viss ļoti kārtīgi, mājīgi, kā arī viss bija izrotāts Ziemassvētku noskaņās 😍 Mēs ar draugiem ļoti forši atpūtāmies un noteikti šeit atgrieztos vēlreiz. Paldies saimniekam par visu! 🤗🧸

Fantastic apartment - everything is brand new and in perfect condition. It actually looks even better than in the photos. The quality is well above what you usually find on Airbnb, so this place is a real gem. Excellent location as well. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt im oberen Zimmer der Hütte mit großer Terrasse mit Blick durch die Bäume auf die Ostsee war rundum gelungen! Die Lage ist wunderbar, Sonnenuntergänge fantastisch, in dem kleinen Einzimmerapartement fehlt es an nichts( alles entsprechend Beschreibung) Iluta hat uns von Anfang an bis zum Ende mit Tipps versorgt, alle Fragen beantwortet und Wünsche erfüllt , wenn möglich ! Es ist alles liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Man schläft wunderbar und der Ort ist total schön zum Relaxen . Aber man kann auch mit dem Zug einen Ausflug nach Riga machen. Der Zugang zum Strand und Ostsee ist direkt- sehr flach und steinig , teilweise Algen aber menschenleer. Wir können es sehr empfehlen hier für eine kurze Auszeit unterzukommen und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft!

The location is just perfect, you literally live next door to the House of the Blackheads (one of Riga's main architectural attractions) and the Riga City Hall. The flat is quite comfortable, everything you need is in there: fully functional kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room with a working table etc. Linda is very nice and always responds to questions on the Airbnb chat (although i did not ask much since everything was pretty clear from the start).

The apartment was neat and clean. Had all the facilities needed for a short stay. The location is not too far from the city center and easy to find with Tram stop just outside the door as well as supermarkets around the corner. Luca communicated well with us and answered our questions quickly. The flat is price worthy.

Что бы вы понимали к кому вы попадаете и не думали о возрасте который указан в профиле. Вячеслав - подтягивается 26 раз, занимается спортом, пишет книги и путешествует по миру (он был везде). Это прекрасный собеседник и гостеприимный хозяин. До старого города без проблем и пересадок ходит 40 автобус и 271 маршрутка. Остановка в 2-3 минутах ходьбы от дома. Лично меня Вячеслав выручил, я заселился в хостел в центре города, но хостел меня не устроил и я написал Вячеславу и уже следующей ночью спал спокойно и принимал душ без проблем и очередей. Всем легкой дороги!

Pavisam noteikti rekomendēju arī citiem ceļotājiem. Dzīvoklī ir viss nepieciešamais, lai komfortabli varētu uzturēties, sākot no virtuves piederumiem līdz pat higiēnas līdzekļiem vannas istabā. Par visu ir padomāts, lai uzturēšanās būtu komfortabla pat ja kaut kas ir aizmirsies no nepieciešamajām lietām. Kā arī saimniece ir ļoti jauka un pretimnākoša.
