We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Niranja. The Villa was beautiful and spotless with everything you need to cook and enjoy. Our family is from Brisbane, Australia and it was wonderful to find such a gem to stay close to Saud Beach and many other tourist attractions. From the house decor to the double bunk beds to the wonderful private pool, all of it was well thought out and considerate. Phil and his wife were wonderful hosts and welcomed us graciously. We look forward to staying here in the Future!

Very peaceful and kid friendly place. The beach access was awesome, it is a rocky area but nice to just walk to the beach. Check in was easy and they explained what is the expectation in keeping the house maintained. We would recommend this place to families who has little kids.

Cristina was very kind and proactive - she immediately called me when she thought I had arrived early. Allowed me to check in at 6am (I booked for the night before as well, though, to be sure). Place very clean. Very basic room, nothing fancy, but in an accessible spot. Easy to get a trike from the street, so I could go wherever I needed.
