A beautifully designed duplex with impressive architecture and stylish aesthetics. The space was spotless, and the host was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Highly recommendable!! The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of the city, the surroundings are beautiful and its extremely safe. The location is very good, a few minutes away from the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also, you have a lot of amenities around including a mini-market in the compound. Our host Khalid was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, specially if you are a big group. The terrace is breath taking so, if you are looking for a place where to have some time off you have just found it!

Had a lovely stay. The view and proximity to the Great Pyramid was amazing…highly recommend. The atmosphere in the home with the kittens and staff on hand was always peaceful and clean, and any questions or needs were readily handled by Hassan, the home manager. We mainly had breakfast in the home and ate other meals out. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. The same thing was served each day; however, variety was accommodated on request and was equally good. There were two of us renting the entire home so hot water seemed plentiful. WiFi was a bit spotty but we were able to navigate it. We used Mahmoud as the recommended driver and he was the best…highly recommend. For a guide, we used Miriam as recommended by the home neighbor and friend Kareem, and she was equally great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also, for assisting with a few pictures, she had a good eye and was accommodating and took lovely shots. Overall, a great experience.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived to Jose Maria’s home! An oasis in the middle of Giza. The home was well appointed and very comfortable for our family! From the moment we booked the property, the manager, Reham was responsive and so very helpful! She organized groceries and food to be prepared upon our arrival, along with a delicious meal. We were also blessed with the Julia, who took such amazing care of us! She cooked (some of the most amazing meals!) and helped us keep the home neat and tidy. Ask if she is available when you book, you won’t regret it! Reham was also able to coordinate a private tour guide, Tarek, who was off the charts amazing with his knowledge of Egyptian culture and history! Each space of the home was perfect, the master bedroom and bath is palatial, the kitchen has everything you will need and living spaces both inside and out fab! When we come back to Cairo we will be staying here. Thank you for sharing this amazing space with our family!

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

Osama is very kind and responsive, and I believe that the interactions between hosts and guests are crucial in rental experiences. My interactions with him were positive, and he was attentive to my needs. The security guards were also friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The compound is charming and lovely to stroll through at night, and I appreciated that everyone respected each other's space. I felt free to be myself while staying at Osama's place. We had the best stay at Sonya's villa, usually I can think of something that I would have liked to have been done a bit differently but here I can't think of anything, it really was perfect. The place was spotless, the garden is beautiful and we spent most of our time in the pool. The location is great because its literally walking distance from the New Museum and also is very close to the pyramids. Sonya was also always available if I had any questions. Ive stayed in a lot of places im egypt maybe 20 different places and this has been by far my favourite. Thank you so much, we made a lot of happy memories.

I’m so happy I chose noir’s home to book for my staycation.the house was exactly what was displace in the picture, the furnishings and the neatness of the house was a 10/10, he had all necessary utensils and appliances in the house, he’s communicate skill was also very interactive, the house was perfect and exactly what I desired for a staycation and I’d most likely love to come back and share my experience of stay to others

My stay at Samia’s place was absolutely wonderful! The space was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Every small detail was thoughtfully arranged. An amazing stay. Very good value for money. I never worked out the TV or the washing machine but everyhting else was self explantory.

The apartment is as described located in a quiet downtown area. It’s clean and cosy. Apartment is completely self contained and Mohammed is a great host.
