We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Jabal Akhdar. The place was beautifully done with amazing interiors that made it feel both luxurious and homely. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout, always making sure we had what we needed. The only drawbacks were that the pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was quite low, which was slightly inconvenient. That said, the overall experience more than made up for it. The ambiance, cleanliness, and hospitality were top-notch. Would 100% recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway in Jabal Akhdar.

Mamdouhs place is wonderful if you like to stay for your own in a little village. Be aware that it is not in Nizwa but in Birkart al Mouz. The flat is simple furnished but functional and very spaceful. I would have preferred real dishes instead of the camping set but I'm sure Mamdouh would have provided me with everything if I would have asked for. There is also no refrigerator. And it is a little bit inconvenient as to reach your own bathroom you have to move outside to next door. Mamdouh is very helpful as for example how to organize trips or to recommand really good restaurants or to find out the best routes to get somewhere.

My family and I stayed in Sunset Villa and the stay was pleasant, the place was nice and comfortable.

The modern exterior of the house is highlighted by a blend of white and golden walls, with strategic lighting illuminating the entrance. A staircase leads to large glass windows, while a small patch of green lawn is visible beside the walkway.

Ahmed' place was very nice,two floors, one bedroom with 3 beds upstairs, one bedroom at ground level, large kitchen, spacious halls at both the floors, heated swimming pool, a little play area for the children We enjoyed staying there and many places of Jabal Akhthar are easily reachable- Al Ayn Village, old village The beds were comfortable with enough spare beds, bed materials 5 bathrooms on both the floors + near the pool. Barbeque setup near the pool, small tables and chairs near the pool One car can be parked inside the gate and another two can be parked outside. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Ahmed is super friendly and supportive Few things that are not available and has to be managed by the visitors: Towel, toiletries, plates, glasses and other items for kitchen The kitchen has gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle The place can easily accommodate 8 adults and few children easily Highly recommended for a break from the summer heat with 10+ degrees less than plains

Place is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem is the leaks on kitchen and toilets. All else are nice. Host gave us halwa and was very friendly and accommodating
