פינה שקטה ומרווחת מאד בכליל היפה, מעוצבת בטוב טעם, נוחה ומפנקת. חדשה ומאובזרת היטב. *מקום לאוהבי כלבים* (אבל את שלכם, לצערי, לא תוכלו להביא, יש כאן מספיק) מתאימה למשפחה קטנה (חוץ מהמיטה הזוגית אפשר לשים מיטת יחיד ולוּל תינוקות ובמקרים חריגים גם מזרון עבה וטוב על השטיח) החשמל סולרי ולכן השימוש בו הוא בתשומת לב (אין אפשרות להטעין בטריות של מכוניות חשמליות)
