The apartment met our needs, a 15-minute drive to downtown Viña or Reñaca, with plenty of shops nearby to stock up. I liked the security of the condominium, they always registered the entrance of vehicles, checking which apartment and parking lot we were going to.

I loved the apartment, very comfortable and conveniently located. The area is great, with a bakery, pharmacy, different stores and a nearby square with a very nice view. Heinz was very attentive, always responded quickly and was especially kind when we decided to extend our stay a few more days. If we visit again, I would definitely choose this place 100% again.

First of all, I'd like to thank the host for his human quality, with a very high level of empathy and understanding, a very concerned host, always with a timely response. Excellent location, quiet area, complex with a pool and safe space for my children to play and interact with other children, the apartment is very complete with beautiful ocean views, accessible to the main avenues to get to different points, beach, shopping malls, supermarkets, etc. The host Ismael is always available for any questions or recommendations.
