A sunny sitting room with TV and DVD player is also located upstairs. Downstairs there is an open plan dining and well equipped kitchen area complete with dish washer gas cooker with oven and fridge. The Great Western Greenway and the town's Railway Walk are easily accessible within a few minutes of the house. Other places of interest are Westport House, Westport Quay and Croagh Patrick.

This is a small yet bright and airy studio chalet with a large veranda that serves as an extension of the living area allowing for alfresco dining, relaxing down-time overlooking a natural, calming vista or an opportunity for some early morning yoga stretches for those so incline.The setting is tranquil and secluded, approx 7km from Westport town and 2 km from a local shop. Food is supplied for a light continental style breakfast.
