I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Walking distance from the town. Check in and out was very easy. Very comfy bed, lovely kitchenette for cooking and freestanding bathtub. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful retreat.

Small studio on the ground floor that contains everything you need, even an iron! Close to the train station, bus stop nearby, large supermarket 8 minutes away, the location is very convenient. Communication with Xavier and Louise is very fluid and enjoyable. Recommended! Thank you :)

A lovely, very clean, very well-equipped studio, and a very responsive host. Communication is easy, answers are provided very quickly. We put down our suitcases and go visit. A great quiet night and coffee was waiting for us in the morning, thank you Anthony.

Great little apartment right on the Arras Grand Place. Very nice view at night. Apartment was clean. Easy check in and good communication with host.

The apartment was in a fantastic location for access to the main town square, markets and restaurants. We could hear the bells and walk everywhere - this does mean it's not quiet on a weekend night but the quality windows and shutters help with this. It's spacious and the sun pours into the living room in the afternoons. The beds were comfortable and the check in was easy. Thanks for having us!

Great stay at Etienne's! The apartment is very clean and well appointed. It feels really good there. The location is very nice, as it is both in the city center and close to the train station, but also in a quiet and peaceful environment. Etienne was very friendly and proactive. We will definitely be back. 👍

Tastefully arranged apartment. Very clean And very convenient. The bedding is excellent. The entrance is a little surprising, because it's in a small street, but the interior is perfect. This rental is one of the best we've ever had.

Nice stay. Frank is very friendly and thoughtful. Parking in front of the door, but free parking space within 10 min walk. You are in the city and at the sights in no time.

I had a great time at Guillaume's, tastefully decorated apartment, everything is there, just put down your bags. Guillaume is very attentive, he makes sure that everything goes perfectly during the stay and asks for updates regularly. I'd recommend it without a second thought. A perfect stay. Émilie is very smiling and kind, very well hosted The accommodation is great, we had an excellent weekend. Clean, no complaints. The bedding is very comfortable. It's very quiet, you sleep very well there. And the little extra is the spa area, the little terrace, a treat. We know where to spend our next weekends when we come back to the area without hesitation. Thank you again for hosting us

A home as described: clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The setting is quiet, ideal for relaxing. The hot tub and hammam are a real plus, providing an extra moment of well-being. The accommodation is very well located if you come by train because it is close to the train station, the city center and the faculty (for those who are interested). Olivier is available and accommodating. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice accommodation, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and close to shops and not too far on foot from the city center of Arras. I enjoyed the small garden, ideal for a coffee and reading outside, and the spa bath to unwind. Hélène and Cathy are very responsive. Recommended!
