It is the first floor of a detached house, and the host family lives on the second floor. The traditional market is 1 minute away, and Junggok Station on Line 7 and Gunja Station on Line 5 are within a 10-minute walk. There is no parking lot. It is not a quiet residential area because it is near the market. Instead, it is close to the main road and not remote. 1 bedroom private house with two super single size beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. This house is located between Gunja subway station (line 5) and Junggok station (line 7). It takes 7-10 minutes on foot.

Moon River was a great and responsive host. He went above and beyond: (1) Bus number from airport, (2) answering my concerns about entering the apartment, (3) helping with directions, and more. I asked for a refill for a certain item - and he brought the item requested and additional items the day of the request! Very quick response! The location is great due to the available eateries and coffee shops in the area. I am glad to have stayed here with Moon River and hope to stay again because he was such a kind host.

Perfect Hangang view same as listing. There is some distance from metro station/ airport bus station to airbnb. You may take village bus to connect to airport bus or metro. Not much restaurant or supermarket nearby. Better to eat and shop grocery before going back to airbnb or order food delivery. Bathroom is small but fit for one person. The highway outside the building is quite close to the place. But no problem of noise pollution. Good value for a beautiful view.

This is the best choice for my trip to Korea! I booked this homestay in a hurry at the last minute of my concert trip, but it turned out to be the best decision of the whole trip. The house is brand new and modern, clean and tidy, and the design makes it very comfortable. Spacious, perfect for families or groups, everything you need is available, no inconvenience. Most importantly, the Host was very friendly and gave very detailed directions to the concert venue, which really helped. We were very reassured by the quick response to every problem. If I come to Seoul next time, I will definitely choose to stay here!
