Relax with the whole family in this unique house. Located in the lower part of San Isidro, steps from the river and surrounded by trees, our house is ideal for resting and enjoying the surroundings. The neighborhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-story house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, lots of natural light and cold/hot air in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, grill and glass patio.

Double doors open to a spacious terrace, framed by lush greenery. Natural light floods the area, reflecting off the polished microcement floor. A rustic wooden table and chairs are arranged thoughtfully, inviting relaxation and scenic views of the outdoor surroundings.

Super-King bed, double glazing, radiant floor heating, air conditioning and blackout curtains on all windows. My workshop is on the ground floor with separate access and entrance. Perfect isolation. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions/pets.
