There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Enjoy the hammock, pool, equipped kitchen, barbecue, living room and dining room. There are still shelves missing in the kitchen, nothing that affects your comfort in this space designed for rest. A stay located within a private and independent property, a safe place just entering Apaneca on the main road accessible to all the attractions of the area, it has 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, a living room, cable TV, wifi, bathroom with hot water, chalet-style kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, kitchen, coffee maker and dishes. It also has an outside grill and terrace with wooden table, hammocks, swings and fire pit. *Staff in charge provides assistance.

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.
