We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Moh was super responsive and his place was great! You can walk 30 minutes to reach the Masdar City Center and the MBZUAI University. Otherwise, you may need to drive. Moh gave me a ride from the airport to his place, and he is quite friendly indeed. I appreciated his quick and detailed responses! I highly recommend his place!

10 min from Airport, 3 min from Masdar city Studio

Mohamed is one of the best hosts that our eyes have ever witnessed. He was always very attentive, clean and cery responsive. Takes a lot of pride in his rental property which shows directly in how he treats his tenants. Accomodation itself was nothing crazy but very clean and perfectly described. Would recommend this accomodation for anyone that has a stay in abu dhabi, but i would also recommend having a car since it is far away from any activities. All in all great experience. !!! Thanks a lot Mo 🙏🏽

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!
